    Pros: This is a very inexpensive solution for routing email to our sales agents. Easy to set up and manage. We have used this product for approx 8 years and have called for support less than three times. Support was excellent.

    Cons: It would be nice to have a cloud version vs. installing on a PC.

    Overall: Excellent product. This runs 24/7 without any issues. Ease to customize for our business purpose.

    "Very useful tool"

    Pros: This is a highly customizable and very useful solution, especially for a sales or support team. Being able to distribute inbound emails in a customized fashion is outstanding.

    Cons: Not intuitive and difficult to set up, especially if you use Gmail and have domain email addresses.

    Overall: Once you get through the setup, this is an incredibly useful tool. I wish there was an onboarding team to help get you set up, but otherwise, I love it.
