Pros: For our internal workflows and tooling, we now use retool for everything. It is super easy and quick to get our critical operations workflows built. Excellent support from their team too!
Cons: There are really no cons for what we need. One item we would like to see more fully featured is the ability to share to external users.
Overall: They update their product regularly with new features. I think every company should consider this to replace any manual processes like spreadsheets.
