    Pros: It has an easy to use dashboard that displays all the relevant metrics and information for my online reputation. I can see my Reputation Score, which is a comprehensive measure of how my brand is perceived online, based on factors like review volume, ratings, sentiment, and visibility. I can also see how I stack up against my competitors and industry benchmarks, and get actionable recommendations to improve my score.

    It allows me to easily manage and respond to reviews from various sources, including Google, Facebook, Yelp, and industry-specific sites. I can use templates or customize my responses and track the status and impact of each response. I can also solicit feedback from my customers via email or text surveys, and use the results to improve my customer experience and loyalty.

    It has a social posting suite that allows me to create and schedule social media posts across multiple platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn. I can also monitor and interact with comments and mentions, and use the social listening feature to discover relevant conversations and trends. Reputation provides analytics and reports that help me measure the performance and reach of my social media campaigns.

    The local SEO feature helps me optimize my business listings on Google My Business and other directories. I am able to update my information, photos and offers at all my locations in one place and ensure accuracy and consistency.
