    Pros: I’ve been using the Roller system for 5 years now and it has never disappointed! It is so easy to use, which makes training new users a breeze. It maintains a large volume of information for our property which is communicated almost instantly upon customer completion. All of that comes with extremely reasonable monthly pricing. would strongly recommend this product to anyone.!

    Cons: Honestly I have no complaints at all about the system.

    Overall: I am very happy with this system on terms of ease of use, reliability and pricing. I would not even consider changing systems.

    Cons: Needs more development in the customization
    Needs more flexibility in the items creation and stock control
    Limitation of Amazon Payment Gateway ( forced the users to use one platform with one charge and terms)
    Bad experience in setting up the printers, especially for wrist bands
    Not supporting API setup ( additional charges should be there ), along with additional third-party to do so!
    The commission on the credit card sales on the POS, not online, is a big part of the overload costs

    Overall: The system is going well, but as I mentioned, it needs more improvements in many details, especially which should be implemented in MENA

    Cons: I would love to have a variety of payment providers integrated which as my previous payment provider is a lot cheaper.

    Overall: Overall it is a easy to use system that is reliable and functions how you intended it to. Roller fix any issues very quickly.

    Pros: Quick response from the team and very helpful!
    Process was very smooth and easy, Kevin was amazing on the day we went live, we had problems with the internet but he managed to get us live with hotspot and made sure everything was running smoothly.

    Cons: Nothing that I can think of, it took us 6 weeks for the transition but I guess it was due to the holidays.

    Overall: I wanted to take a moment to commend your outstanding customer service. Megan, Marko, Jamie, Kevin, Mason and their team went above and beyond to assist us with onboarding, and their professionalism, patience, and attention to detail made all the difference. It's rare to encounter such thoughtful and helpful service, and I truly appreciate the effort that was made to ensure my experience was positive. Thank you for having such a dedicated team!

    "ROLLER's impact on our business "

    Pros: I’ve been using ROLLER now for a little over 9years in the FEC business. The amount of flexibility Roller has provides when creating products, editing scheduling for check-in times and the value it has added for our guest. With this platform being so user and guest friendly it has tremendously improved our guest experience.

    Cons: I don’t like that ROLLER isn’t integrated with more time and attendance platforms. I would really love to track my labor in real time but am not able to do so at this time.

    Overall: I would and do recommend ROLLER to a lot of the clients I speak with. After using other POS systems ROLLER is in my opinion the leader of the pack!

    "Rigid and riddled with Bugs"

    Pros: The ability to have a POS and self service Kiosks. The opportunity for upsells.

    Low card processing costs.

    Cons: Lots of bugs.

    Constant issues with blocked of capacity appearing in different times and places than that they were applied for. Roller support has witnessed but a fix has not been forthcoming for months.

    Inadequate flexibility for slots for events. Custom bookings for corporates requiring alternative timings is a logistical fight and no easy way exists to do so.

    As an escape room company, the control of staff assigned to bookings is wholly inadequate. Pur scheduling managers lose days every week just upkeeping the system to prevent roller from selling slots we can't staff.

    Reporting too rigid, allowing only for preset reports of which none suit my needs.

    Booking overviews always require clicking into to see basic information.

    Support generally unhelpful and no resolutions.

    Functionality is limited.

    Unintuitive interfaces.

    Overall: Probably one of the biggest regrets within our business has been switching to Roller.

    It was sold to be a more flexible and capable booking processor to our previous system, but has proven itself to be a disappointment all the way.

    Cons: Sometimes scheduling sessions can be a bit difficult.

    Cons: The support is lacking- often we are ourselves know more than the support team.

    Pros: I have been using roller for the past 3years now and will likely use it for a long time. very easy to understand the mode of operations.

    Cons: Some of the things i have seen in roller is that, it lacks some features compared to some applications that i have used for years.
    I will request to have a team in place that will respond to the challenges of users faster and update some features which i will say them upon request.

    Overall: However, I love it and recommend it for smaller industries with fewer products.
    I appreciate the fact that it's easy to use and will love it if it can be made easier to communicate with guests such as the feedback section being more friendly, and so on.

    "Roller Roll out"

    Pros: User friendly booking system, good reports and updating prices etc is also easy. Good processes can be created from using the POS and app.

    Cons: Notes don't attach to receipt/booking from POS to App. Ie, when taking a misc amount, you usually need to add a note, we enter invoice numbers for large payments, these don't always print on the receipt but also don't show in the app when checking records etc.
    Calendar set up, doesn't allow bookings on either side of a booking to open up. IE we have slots every hour from 10am - 5pm. If a booking is made for 12pm we prefer that the 11am and 1pm slots were left open and the other slots were closed out until the 11am and 1pm slots received a booking. So when the 1pm slot is taken, the 2pm slot then opens up etc.

    Overall: Enjoy the software and POS system is good quality and easy to use. I think some user friendly updates or easier ways to view some pages would be awesome but otherwise, capable of doing most things. It would be awesome, if you were able to view the daily bookings calendar on the POS machine so staff knew what was coming up for the day without having a print out. But do enjoy using the system.

Her training on the online system was not only thorough but also delivered with patience and clarity. She made sure to address all our queries, ensuring we felt confident navigating the system.

    Cons: The online platform offers a solid foundation for managing online bookings, but there's a small room for improvement. One feature that could greatly enhance user experience is the integration of answers from the document section into the order section automatically. By linking these two sections and creating products based on document responses, users could streamline the ordering process significantly. This enhancement would not only save time but also reduce the risk of errors by ensuring that relevant information seamlessly transfers between sections.

    Pros: This lady right here knows her stuff and walked us through every step of the way. She is amazing. Highly recommend her

    Cons: Few glitches in Roller along the way. Unable to delete individual stock items without deleting the entire section.

    Overall: Megan and the help desk's support made this a smooth transition for a complex system. The one recommendation I have is to have hands-on assistance with setting up the hardware.

    Pros: We had another service that we used, it didn't meet our needs.
    We reached out to Roller and it has been to use. The user end, both customer and staff is extremely easy to use. Creating products, online ecommerce and scheduling has been great. Our guests compliment how easy to use it is, and how much faster our processes have become. We really liked the 'playground' to test our products at the POS and e-commerce. It made implementing and using the product more efficient and showed us where some of our flaws were. We were able to correct those prior to going live.

    Cons: Some of the work arounds we had to come up with to make things easier or do what we needed. We would also like to see a 'bar tab' type feature.

    Overall: Overall awesome experience. I worked specifically with Iain. He was great. If I had a question, he would make a quick video to show me how to solve the problem. It was very seamless. A

    Pros: From a managing standpoint, the Roller POS system runs very smoothly and efficiently compared to past systems I have used. Everything is clearly laid out, easy to learn, and makes some of the management processes a lot faster. From scheduling complicated bookings to checking them out, the process is simple. I am able to find memberships, and customers, and even reprint old receipts.

    Cons: One of the main things I don't like about the system is how it is set up with memberships at my current workplace. We at times have multiple members within the same family checking in at a time, but because of the system, I can only check in one booking holder at a time. With Families with complicated last names, I often have to ask multiple times how to spell the name of each kid, which can get frustrating for families with 3-5 kids. I can tell that the parents get slightly annoyed as I continually ask. At times this feature can make checking in members slow than checking in those without a membership.

    Overall: I think it is a good system, but definitely has some areas that it could improve on, it is a good system for a busy environment with lots of customers.

    "A robust and feature driven system for activity centres"

    Pros: Great support team who quickly deals with questions or queries as well as fixes where required.
    The onboarding process was excellent with helpful 1 on 1 advice
    Feature led with constant updates that bring in both things that we wanted and things we didn't know we did.

    Cons: Settings can sometimes be cumbersome to set and just require repetition to learn the nooks and crannies of what makes what tick.
    Compared to other systems, the monthly fees can be on the pricey side, however, the card processing fees make up for this. On face value, it can feel hefty which may put off interested companies.

    Overall: Overall a fantastic all-in-one booking system that is perfect for parks, FECs and activity centres that have a variety of products and upsells including Food & Beverage options.

    A booking system that is already excellent and whose team is constantly adding more and more improvements and upgrades.
