Pros: Pumble is so easy to navigate... Even a non-tech-savvy person can use it with ease. Plus, it loads up fast and it doesn't freeze even if I have tons of conversation going on.

Also, unlike other messaging platforms, I've never encountered any errors or lagging issues while using Pumble.

Another problem I have with other messaging platforms is the quality issues of files and photos being shared within my team...

BUT with Pumble, I have zero problems with the quality of files and other media being shared by me and my team members.

Everything flows smoothly with Pumble, thus making our workloads a lot faster and easier to handle.

I really like Pumble and I would highly recommend it to any agency owners out there.

Cons: Not really cons, but more like a wishlist to make my experience way better. I wish this platform could allow me to connect the other tech tools I currently use. And I also hope it has a whiteboard tool that any user can use during live calls. Pumble has no customizable background and color feature at he moment.

Overall: I like using simple, uncomplicated, and effective tools. When it comes to messaging and managing my team, I can't think of anything better than Pumble... And mind you, I've tried multiple platforms before... and I didn't experience any lag or system errors while using Pumble.

Pros: It has unique features that other platforms doesn't have, such as the scheduled messaging feature, which is super cool and efficient.

The platform doesn't "lag" as well. Unlike other platforms, your screen won't ever freeze even if you have tons of channels on the sidebar.

And what's even better is that, you never have to jump from one platform/app to another because Pumble also allows you to have "voice meetings" and even "video conferencing".

It's literally a no nonsense, all-in-one platform for teams.

The chat history stays untouched as well, it doesn't delete old messages like other platforms do.

I am talking about the ease and rapid response here. When my organisation introduces Pumble we were like wow and we learned using Pumble from day one it gets on board it's that easy Very easy to use, very fun to use. Purple color logo is fine. Very quick response with very good notification tone.

Cons: Should have new fun stickers. In mobile apps it has delay. Uploading file takes a lot of time. Should have options of sending voice mail.

Pros: This was so easy to use and get setup. We started chatting, sharing and organizing information and ideas immediately.

Cons: The only issue I have so far is downloading multiple documents at once (I wish it would automatically just add a number sequence at the end).

Pros: Its very easy to use, has a good interface and if generally pretty decent. It is reminiscent of discord but it's easier used for business and light usage.

Cons: There are no obvious flaws to me, I believe it can be improved but nothing diminishes this product for me.

Cons: The UI could be improved - hate the colors at the moment, a bit cartoonish for my taste. Even the default user icons are too childish. They should change the UI/UX to make it looks more suitable for business.

Overall: Overall, I find Pumble useful for a day-to-day operation, we get to send unlimited number of messages, and those messages get sent to team members. Uptime status have been great, only down side is the UI/UX which I feel needs improvement. I checked their roadmap, and it seems they'll allow custom themes in the future.

Pros: Out of the gate Pumble was ready to use. All I had to do was open my invitation email and choose a password. I could then immediately access my direct messages and group chats with my business partner. The layout is very sleek and the interface is user friendly. There was no sitting figuring out how it worked.

Cons: I haven't found any cons yet as I just began using the service recently.

Overall: My experience with Pumble is positive. It was so easy to set up and get started, and I haven't come across any issues yet. I would recommend this to anyone needing a chat service for business purposes.

Pros: The fact that each thread archives files in the order they were uploaded. Huge time saver as compared to searching email.

Cons: It can be easy to delete a thread so I would request a dialogue box to pop up to confirm that deletion was the intent.

Overall: It's been great and made it much easier to quickly communicate with the various businesses I work with.

Pros: - Free plan works perfect for users just doing internal chat and is very fluid and easy to transition to from Slack.
- Pricing is very reasonable and cuts out a lot of the fluff from other apps.

Overall: When I came across Pumble I was super excited after looking through various apps to do what I was intending. I'm on a team of two and we just needed a concise platform to chat with clients and keep their projects in. These are short-medium term projects so we didn't need something insanely fancy and we already use other apps for video chat and project organizing. Pumble let me have exactly what I wanted without cluttering the user-experience for clients.

Cons: This platform has been amazing due to the way it has worked within my company, most of the features it has have helped simplify communication to a great extent, however, there are some negative aspects that need to be mentioned about this service, such as:

1.- This platform does not allow you to send any type of Voice Notes within the chat channels. Currently there are applications such as WhatsApp or Telegram which allow you to send voice notes to simplify communication within the chat channels, however within this platform is not possible, the only way to communicate with your work team is by sending and receiving messages within the chat channels as well as using the group video call system. But I am not interested in what simply this Voice Notes system would help make communication much simpler and faster.

2.- I have searched for this application in the iOS store and I have not found it, so this platform is not available for my mobile device, and this is unfortunate because this platform would help simplify the way I communicate with my team without needing to use my computer, I have used the web version and the download version for computers to be able to communicate with my team through the chat channels offered by this platform, I would love for an iOS application to be created as soon as possible to facilitate communication within my mobile device.

3.- The transfer or upload of files within the chat channels could be greatly improved, currently it is not bad, but it could be used since sometimes it takes a while to upload the corresponding files.

Pros: I like how this is a simplistic alternative and also possible low hacking and spam version of Discord / Telegram. It comes off cleaner.

Cons: No cons so far, it's such a simplistic experience. The one thing I was doing to say was no dark mode but there's a dark mode.

Overall: Overall I love it, it's clean, simple, minimal also less popular so it's less liable to have spamming. I also use Clockify. Perhaps add some Clockify connection support. But you might want to keep it branded as its own thing.

Pros: You can review old messages that been sent from other employees and refer to them. It is better than WhatsApp and looks similar to Discord.

Cons: Pumble does not support older versions of Android hence I have to use web version.

Overall: It is easy on the eyes and very organized. Can review back old messages without delay. I often like how Pumble looks like Discord.

Pros: Ease of use and the ability to create channels to manage conversations about our projects. The best part is that it can be used on an iPhone or an Android or a Macbook or a Windows PC and even a Linux PC. You are connected everywhere and don't feel left out.

Overall: Overall it has been a feature rich experience with Pumble. So much easier to manage your team and the conversations within the team. File sharing is an added bonus. We have used slack in the past but somehow the UI and UX of Pumble although quite familiar to Slack seems better.
