Pros: Easy to use the support team is very cooperative. they never hesitate to guide you. i signed up for the webinar and the detailed walkthrough of the system helped me finalize my decision.
Cons: New features require practice to manage. It is somehow different from other tools. any new user will take time to understand the menu, features and navigation.
Overall: My overall experience is good. Whenever I am stuck at least i know someone from their team will help me.

Pros: Amazing features and user-friendly software. It is easy to navigate. Support service is always available.
Cons: Not till now. I had some problems in understanding the new software but their team was supportive.
Overall: We easily collaborate using this software with our team. Because we had team members in different countries and it was important to combine the workforce at one point.
