Pros: The fantastic support and easy to get up and running. It was very easy to get it to work with our existing Azure networks.
Cons: Windows users not as happy as Mac users, but they do not want to go back to the OpenVPN solution that we used before.
Overall: It was easy to get up and running and has been working great for us.
