"Don't love it" Posted 2025-05-08
Pros: Implementation manager was responsive and tried to help. We had weekly implementation meetings. Standard support channel for run of the mill questions and tickets is quite good.
Cons: Implementation took WAY too long. Would have been considerably shortened if they had let us have access to the 1 guy in their implementation department who actually knows anything about the product early on. The account managers are useless. We're on our 3rd account manager and they only respond to emails when they feel like it. They really, really screwed up our token migration. Figuring out security options that we needed to implement was much harder than it should have been and we felt very much 'on our own'. There are no cost savings over other platforms or any benefits to the service versus other platforms that we've been able to see. The API documentation is absurdly vague.
Overall: We felt like this was a typical bait and switch sales job. This platform's products don't fit our use case in the way that was promised to us. Implementation was much too drawn out. We learned a lot but feel pretty burned. We'll be looking at other platforms.
