    Pros: Able to sync e-commerce transactions to QuickBooks individually and and as autosync all transactions.

    Cons: Nothing is kind of a con to me so far as I have started using this for months.

    Overall: After testing various options, PayTraQer stood out by offering full access to its features during the trial. This transparency allowed me to fully grasp the software's capabilities before confidently committing to a yearly subscription.

    Pros: I experimented with different platforms, but PayTraQer was the only one that provided a comprehensive trial experience. It showcased everything the software could do, making it an easy decision to subscribe for a full year right off the bat.

    Pros: We started using PayTraQer a couple of weeks ago and so far it seems to be doing a brilliant job! We managed to easily automate the payments received through Stripe and PayPal. The greatest advantage for us is the fact that PayTraQer handles PayPal accounts with multiple currencies which had always been an issue when connecting PayPal accounts directly to QuickBooks. The support team is great, we got quick response and the problem was resolved right away. I would 100% recommend.

    Cons: Not really, would recommend this for software for QuickBooks.

    Overall: This is a major time savor. I love what it can do to help me and my clients. The data integration is seamless and the final result is great.

    Pros: PayTraQer is Very easy to setup and insanely easy to use. I have used this product with a couple of different clients and platforms and you will not find a better product for the price. The support staff, whom I have worked with several times, are knowledgeable on the software and very responsive. We managed to easily integrate and automate the payments received through Stripe and Amazon. I have long time been a fan of PayTraQer - it makes the sync to QuickBooks seamless for hundreds of transactions.

    Cons: Can't say there's anything I dislike about PayTraQer.

    Overall: PayTraQer has removed a massive amount of ecommerce bookkeeping work by automating the synchronization of Amazon & Shopify sales to Xero. And their support has been fantastic!

    "Bad, run away"

    Pros: Software seems totally buggy. Very bad company, no support, just wasting time on chat. At the end, your money is screwed up totally. NO REFUND !!!

    Cons: I confirm, from moment you buy (you get no refund, no trial), no support, only chat with waste of time, and even if you open tickets, and wait, no one will come.

    Overall: The product is not working, full of bugs, I can't rely on such solution, more likely alternative is Zapier
    They use fake english names to make believe they are a US company.

    Pros: Awesome tool to reconcile our entire week's load of payment and e-commerce transactions with QuickBooks. This is a mandatory automation to keep the books reconciliation ready. The product has an extensive customisation feature and has a rocking support team if any support needed.

    Cons: Nothing so far really. I am very impressed with the product.

    Overall: Great extension to our accounting software and makes our weekly reconciliation process one click.

    Pros: Filled out application and tried it our today for the first time. Seemed to work like a charm! Tried other costlier apps. They have not provided any customised solution for my need. This product allows you to easily import all the transactions from Stripe and other payment gateways. It is user friendly and the customer service is fantastic.

    Cons: They need to document their features clearly in their support portal.

    Overall: Support at PaytraQer spent quality time with me to learn how to customize transactions for stripe and paypal for multiple clients.
    I highly recommend this app, works perfectly!

    Pros: While it was easy to set up and use, it didn't do what it we thought it would do and support is useless.

    Cons: Customer support is useless and doesn't know a lick about QuickBooks, ya know, a huge integration partner of this application. When we asked about getting a refund, they told us its not their policy to give refunds. Then we asked about getting a credit at least since we didn't even use the application as intended... nope, no credits. Avoid this like COVID.

    Overall: Avoid this application like COVID19, merely for their horrid customer service. You WON'T get a refund.
