PRAIORITIZE

Pros: With this tool I was able to rapidly identify our organizational supply chain transformation status and directly (with our inputs) helped in providing all people in our organizational individual and actionable advice on how to transform. It was a true accelerator in our transformation journey.

Cons: Nothing much, I really enjoyed working with the tool.

Overall: This tool is really a game changer. It helps to rapidly build understanding of where people in an organization are in comparison to organizational goals and then helps each and every individual to make progress.

Pros: The insights, the way it works en how you can tweak and tune it until you got the right questions and answers. If you use it smart, you create time for useful, human interventions which will improve your relations and business in both short and long term.

Cons: Since the new release, the cons are hard to find for me.

Overall: Praioritize is amazing in order to improve your business, as it state: ”Self-service where you can, human intervention where you must”.

Pros: • Save time and money.
• Results are fact based and verifiable, hence undisputable, and free of any survey bias.
• Unique insight, focus on real issues whilst providing improvement steps against pre-set targets.
• Action driven, due to the build in availability of (on-line) workshops.

Cons: Although assisted by AI, you carefully have to design Q and A's for optimal results.
It might take a while for you get the grip on it and understand all the features and reporting.

Overall: I'm an early adopter. I’ve seen this amazing product grow over the more than 10 years I work with Praioritize. And although the pricing might seem steep, there is in my opinion no comparable product the delivers that much value.
As a business consultant and change managers Praioritize for me is indispensable…

Pros: It saves me a lot of time and gives me unique insights that help me make SMART decisions, and no longer waste time and money on non-priorities or unrealistic goals.

Cons: Maybe the only thing that I could think of is that it is not easy to compare results e option to compare survey results.

Overall: I have used PRAIORITIZE for 10 years, and have yet to see a solution that comes close to what PRAIORITIZE offers.

I have seen the tool develop over the years, and it continuous to innovate. In my opinion it is the future of consulting.
