    Pros: The platform is very easy to navigate and allows you to create all sorts of data sheets to share with your customers. It's also handy if you work with large accounts and have to upload information onto spreadsheets. You can sort the information into the order you need it and then cut and paste. Love the embed feature for digital assets.

    Cons: Your success obviously depends on the quality and amount of information provided by the company who uploaded it.

    Pros: Where do I even begin with my experience with OneTimePIM? After nearly three months of wasted time and thousands of dollars with other companies, my business partner and I were beyond frustrated. None of the previous providers could handle the complexity of our product setup or the sheer volume of our SKUs (over 6,000). Determined to find the right solution, we stayed up all night researching PIM companies until we came across One Time PIM.

    We were impressed by the glowing reviews of their software but hesitant, given the empty promises we have received before. However, what set One Time PIM apart was the incredible dedication and passion that Pat and Ed demonstrated. Before we spent a single dollar, they tested the system with 10 of our products to ensure they could meet our needs. No other PIM company we’ve worked with has ever offered this level of service—they typically expect full payment upfront with no guarantees.

    But the support didn’t stop there. Once the products were set up, their ongoing assistance has been nothing short of exceptional. Despite the time difference, they answer instantly through their Slack channel and tackle even the most complex challenges with confidence and determination. Not once have we heard, 'This isn’t within our scope.' Instead, they take ownership of the problem, ask for a bit of time (usually brief), and deliver a solution.

    Pros: OneTimePIM is very intuitive and included almost all the functionality we needed from the very beginning at a very competitive price (monthly subscription). Our twice monthly calls ensured that implementation was both smooth and efficient. The important configuration changes and minor development changes that we required have also been provided within short time frames. Furthermore, the additional flexibility provided by Python Agents keeps all our departments happy with the functionality provided.

    Cons: We have not found anything that we don't like about OneTimePIM. The only minor "dislike" is that we have to use a workaround (within OneTimePIM) to inform some sales employees of changes to products within the channels they are responsible for.

    Overall: Having learnt and implemented OneTimePIM so quickly and found that it ticks all of our must have requirements, it is definitely a product I would recommend for product information management

    Pros: OneTimePIM is very user friendly it allows us to overview all the information in the matter of seconds! Managing product information has become easily accessible through the PIM system where we are able to import, organize, and share our data not just with 1 item at a time but multiple. What I love most about this new integration is that the quick response of customer support we can access at any moment.

    Cons: As someone who suffers from astigmatism looking at either too bright or too dark shades (dull) I dislike the coloration of the portal I would like it to have a little more color.

    Pros: I like how quickly the item can be searched and identified. Once you are in it is pretty easy to navigate. I search for one item at a time and it is pretty easy to find - using anything- item code, descriptive word, etc.

    Cons: I think that when you are in gallery view and want to export- that the image should follow on the worksheet in a low res version of some sort, and then the link to the hi res in an add'l column.

    Overall: So far it is good- but only as good as the info uploaded. I have not been able to get some images and needed to search elsewhere.

    Pros: Its easy to learn, very versatile and has never crashed once.
    The ease to create new attributes and sub folders is efficient and time saving.
    We have 4 people in our company that use OnetimePIM and it hasn't slowed down or kicked anyone out. To be able to modify and pass projects to one another effortlessly is a big plus.

    Cons: The client seems to slow down the longer you use it. I am logged in most of the working day and it slows down to the point where it affects my performance.
    To remedy this I close my web browser and log back in, this seems to fix the problem entirely until an hour to 2 hours later its slowing down again.

    Overall: Overall a great program and great experience learning it. Easy to use and easy to create new files and products.
    As mentioned above, some issues with performance of the program that's why I am giving 4/5 stars

    Pros: Very user friendly and easy to learn how to upload images for the rest of the team. The download functions for the rest of the team to use excel, powerpoint and anything else, have also been really helpful.

    Cons: So far, I have zero complaints. This is very intuitive and easy to learn.

    Overall: Very easy to throw yourself into the system and quickly get the hang of things, as the person uploading the images and files that the rest of the team uses, I've had very little trouble with the system so far.

    Pros: Very useful, quick and easy. One of the best data sites i have ever used, I LOVE IT! We use 2 different PIM systems to gather all of our data and this works perfectly.

    Cons: Would be great if there was different colour viewing pages.

    Overall: Amazing service and amazing system. I would highly recommend for anyone thinking to give it a try to give it a go.
