NiceHash

Pros: I have nothing positive to say about this company. They have changed their ToS to charge inactivity fees and have denied me access to my account.

Cons: Fees for inactive accounts.
No support.
Denial of access of my own account.
Stolen funds.

Overall: I have not used my NiceHash account in a while and decided to try withdrawing my funds after receiving emails about inactivity fees. I have attempted to use their password change link, but it gives an error saying that my account is not found... even though it sends me a password change link. I have attempted contacting their support through email several times to try to regain access to my account. Instead of helping me, they sent me an email saying that they are permanently denying my request to access my account. They have basically stolen all of the funds that I had in my account.

Pros: - GUI is well made, very clear and self-explanatory
- various support channels, such as Discord server where you can always find someone to help you, often NiceHash staff as well

Cons: Without KYC identification, it is not possible to rent hash power on the marketplace. Deposits from your own Bitcoin wallet are accepted immediately and without any problems. However, if you want to withdraw Bitcoins to your own private wallet, you will be forced to activate 2FA. To do this, the Authenticator app must be downloaded from the Google Playstore or Apple AppStore and installed on a mobile. After successful 2FA activation, the Nicehash account is blocked for withdrawals for 24h (!), unbeliavable but sadly true. According to Nicehash as a security measure. This nasty measure is absolutely unacceptable and was not clearly and unambiguously expressed beforehand, neither during the registration process nor when depositing Bitcoins. The user is not informed about this and experiences the unpleasant surprise when he tries to take his funds out of Nicehash to transfer them to his own private wallet. For depositing Nicehash did not want to know anything, for withdrawing a hurdle is forced on the customer and made more difficult. And this although no trade with a fiat currency has taken place or should. Since other providers like "miningrigrentals" handle it correctly and completely uncomplicated, NiceHash therefore failed this excessive trial test by our group and we sorted it out due to this negative experience. We have withdrawn our high BTC amount from NH and will continue to rent computing capacity from MRR.

Overall: Negative experience! we cannot recommend NiceHash. The views and direction of this company are far from the values and privacy of the Bitcoin model. NiceHash operates like a typical regulated centralized exchange. This forced approach and coercion on the user is simply unacceptable.

Pros: I cannot find anything to like about it. The website is slick, but their auto detection does not work. this looks like a CPU miner, but unsure.

Cons: Downloading the auto detect and running the program does not work. without getting past this first part how can you even start "mining.

Overall: Not good. have no idea why these people did not think to make sure their auto detection program worked.

Pros: Free withdrawal to Coinbase, ease of creating an account, there just aren’t enough good things about NiceHash to take up 100 characters.

Cons: Systems are buggy, sets off firewalls, and the hash rate is extremely low, plus they fill your computer with worthless mining you otherwise wouldn’t waste your time or money on.

Overall: This was my first platform but with the removal of Coinbase withdrawal I am moving on and not coming back to NH unless they change some things. Time to try mining directly.

Pros: Easy to acquire BTC. Good source of BTC. This may help many more people. With the range of crypto source apps we recommend this system.

Cons: Hoping developer would also consider Android apps to increase number of users.

Overall: We have a good experience. System is limited however easy to navigate. Hope that developer continue to develop the program to become more accessible anywhere.

Pros: It is easy to use and helpful to me. It's like my source of income. It is fair, it is not a scam, its ratings are high.

Cons: I hate nothing about this App.
I support it 100%.

Overall: It's an easy access of having money, it is fast way of having money it is my source of income. Better than other apps.

Pros: I like the clean design of both the miner and the exchange. A lot of crypto services can seem sketchy, but this one feels well polished. It's also nice having an exchange built right in with the miner so there is an ecosystem benefit of being on the platform.

Cons: One thing that I would like them to add is a defi earning feature similar to blockfi or gemini where I can earn interest on my crypto.

Overall: Overall I am happy, its a clean platform that is easy to use. I get the mining and then the trading without having to make transfers which is nice.
