What I like most is how the data is being stored as it only requires small amount of data per user.

Cons: I don't see any negative feedback for this system.

Integration with cloud based apps like Microsoft and can be deployed via EC2 in AWS.

Cons: Record extraction is somewhat difficult especially when pulling thousands of records. Was suggested to only pull part by part to avoid the issue.

Overall: System is flawless and can be improved by putting more effort on the reporting side. Schools like us focuses more on reporting so better to improve it.

Pros: MySchool SIS comes with a decent user interface with almost zero knowledge on programming to operate this tool. It has made our institute data management a quite easy task. It provides detailed reports on every section uniquely through which we can differentiate the results between one course to another. The integration with other important software is quite easy.

Cons: There isn't a lot to describe in this particular section as this is the best tool that we ever used for our institution's data management.

Overall: There are different type of management things this tool is capable of, and the best among them that we use is to generate reports of different sections of students independently. The search option is a great feature of this tool which we use frequently to get details of some particular students who passes a test or participates in a scholarship exam to provide the reward. There are other things too which we use the tool for , and mainly of them are related to management, basically this tool has made all our management work easy.

Pros: What really attracted me with is the organized management of the college data, it's really impressive how much you can accomplish with this software.

Cons: They could've made the user interface much easier but it's not much of a problem.

Overall: I really like how we are able to handle all the college data simply without getting confused and making mistakes.

Pros: Myschool Sis is such a unique tool which we needed for our institution from very early time. The best part of the tool is that it comes with a very nice user interface and minimal knowledge requirements to use the tool. The advanced search option in the software helps us to find the details of a student as per our requirements at any point of time. It's integration with with other email tools is quite easy. We can generate reports uniquely on every course.

Cons: There's nothing much to dislike about the product as it has been great so far for us. Integration with some 3rd party software is not supported for some very important tool as we tried to integrate it with Microsoft teams, but we were unable to do it.

Overall: Myschool Sis has proved to be one of the best tool for to make our life easier when it comes to my institution data management. We use it as a main software to keep our database up to date. It comes with many features which proved to be very important in our institution management. Like separate report generation for every course, advanced search tool for students in every course, easy customisations and more.

Pros: System is immersive in providing adequate customization for administrators. Considering the customization, the system is already flawless by default. Unlike other systems, features are easily laid out on the left navigation bar. Best feature is the records management as we have hundreds of enrolled people and we can easily look up the needed information.

Cons: The reporting takes some time to extract. So far no bugs encountered.

Overall: Support of the system is very approachable and you can easily create service request for any possible issues or questions that you have.

Pros: Simplicity of the system is what makes it unique. Most school system have a lot of nitty gritty to choose from. MySchool SIS will show you what you need to see and accomplish.

No service interruption considering this is over the cloud.

Cons: Had a hard time exporting the needed reports but I think it's because of the internet connection of the host so you need to consider that.

Overall: Overall, the internal team and technical support are highly capable in resolving your issues. That is the important part of considering a product in general.

Pros: System is genuinely good and straightforward in handling school related services. What I like about this is how the data are always available when needed. We've exported several records from 10,000 users and no issues were encountered.

Cons: Nothing to comment about the cons of the system as there are none.

Overall: Features includes enrollment system, grading system, report generation and basically what you need as an educational company / institute. We managed to implement on more than 10k students and system is doing great.

Pros: I am a school IT admin assigned to setup this system in the school that I supported. The system primarily focuses on the management system of organizational records and course management.

What I like about it is that this is very straightforward to setup with minimal issues (integration with 3rd party) in which support has easily provided solution.

Feature wise, schools will find this beneficial if they want to proceed with the self service of enrollment for students.

Cons: A little issue was encountered during integration of emails. When I was creating our txt records for the system to accept our email domains but this will be easy to resolve as it only took at least 10 mins before support helped us resolve.

Overall: This system is very good and has a great future ahead. The support is very friendly and technical in dealing with the case.

Pros: Overall it is very helpful for every company and it is loaded with great features to hat bridge the gap between administrative and teacher this is the best part..it is good to assign the assignment s and grade keeping.

Cons: I think my school app can improve on the most part customisation and stability ..would help if the tool will more flexible in allowing user to create and customize reports for different kinds ..other than and its can improve in update terms of interface so that it can be helpful.

Admissions and enrollments is very straightforward forward even to new students & professors.

Grade reporting and attendance is very accessible (one of our IT managed to do API call via an in house mobile app for the attendance).

Cons: The support of the system is always on point in dealing with issues raised by the team thus I cannot provide negative feedback as of the moment.

Overall: The system is well documented but if there are issues the support is always able to provide straightforward solution.

Pros: What I like with the school management system is the ability to handle huge queries from our personnel especially during our exam and grading week.

We have at least 50+ teachers doing grading and recording but no one encountered an issue.

Cons: I did not find any relevant negative feedback with the system although greatly improve the user interface for new users to easily understand the system.
