Overall: I like that MSB Docs works with the devices and apps that I use. I don't have to download different applications. I can use MSB Docs anytime anywhere and on any device. I can sign documents on the go, and I don't have to worry about having access to a pen, paper, printer and scanner.

Pros: MSB Docs esignature solution allows me to easily share customized (branded) links for getting a document eSigned.

Cons: Truly can't say anything bad about MSB Docs feature-wise. It's perfect.

Overall: MSB Docs allows me to easily compose and send documents in any format for esigning. It's the perfect tool for document collaboration. In my eyes there is simply no better alternative than MSB Docs.

Pros: I would say anytime, anywhere accessibility is one of the best benefits I got after digitizing paper-based signing with MSB Docs.

Pros: Fast, secure, and legal contract signing, Adding forms to MSB Docs is very easy and intuitive, TeamRoom is an excellent feature to collaborate on documents.

Cons: The user interface could be improved a bit. The rest of the features and functionalities are out of the box.

Overall: We are executing contracts and agreements using MSB Docs, and that is where I would recommend it to be primarily used. It has reduced the turnaround time by 80% for us, and the process has become more efficient as compared to when done manually. Most importantly, it nullified the document printing, storing, and delivering costs. It is highly recommended.

Overall: Before MSB Docs, we often followed up with people to resign pages or fields in the contracts they missed while doing wet signatures. This delays the closures and sometimes discrepancies. There is less room for mistakes, delays, and frustration with MSB Docs. Happy to choose MSB Docs as our eSignature vendor.

Overall: I started to use MSB Docs in 2020 during the lockdown period as there was no way to move and meet people to get documents signed using wet signatures. On looking at the smooth signing even during the lockdown, my entire organization, including me, started using MSB Docs as a primary way to get documents signed internally and externally. We use MSB Docs to sign invoices, contracts, and legal documents. I'm happy to choose and use it.
