Locstatt

Pros: Everything is in drop down sections that are easy to find and use. App is super easy to navigate and use quickly while in the field. I prefer using over the website.

Cons: I don't like that you have to start over on all information each time on the website but on the app it'll keep the same person's information if you're entering multiple BBS's. This one thing is a time consumer.

Overall: I like the product but some of the features could be streamlined to make it more functional and quicker for the end user.

Pros: The total elimination of paper usage, everything we do is stored online and accessible anywhere, anytime.
Facility Logbook and Incident Reports are our two most used modules.

Overall the program is easy to use and gives us insight on how our daily operations are performed. We can see metrics over time and use Locstatt's automatically generated reports to find trends that would otherwise never be discovered.
We also use the program to track employee hours and training requirements.

Cons: Uploading report photographs could be sped up by selecting multiples at once, I understand this is being developed after feedback.

Overall: Overall experience has been positive once set up, our company is in a great position to answer all inquiries from the local government, insurer or regulatory body about our policies and procedures since we can back anything up with real data from the workplace.

Pros: I like that it is user friendly from the start with little to no training. The simplicity of it allows me to create data trends with minimal effort. It has changed the way we view safety at my site.

Cons: I wish it had features for PM schedules. Being able to see that there is an inspection due on a piece of safety equipment would complete the package for me.

Overall: I like the program very much. It offers a great and easy way to collect and use data. I use the data and trends I see to teach the leaders and the employees about the hazards that exist.

Pros: The system is easy to follow and user friendly. Entering information and finding items is an easy process.

Cons: Really most of the issues i have had with Locstatt are login related issues.

Overall: Locstatt is a good program with good reporting hazards and also tracking the problem areas. Helps to reinforce safety as well as shoring up the overall safety program.

Pros: An effective low-cost solution. The Locstatt applications provided an exciting and user-friendly option for managing all elements of a safety management system. It allowed our teams in multiple locations to access real time data for decision making and execution phases of our projects and was critical to our success.

Cons: We had no issues with the software. During setup and implementation, the support was outstanding.

Overall: Locstatt integration allowed a collaborative and sustainable approach to managing our data in a way that benefitted senior management to workforce level. It changed the way we conducted our business from a risk management perspective. Real time data and smart specific apps provided the opportunity for an inclusive strategy when applying key elements of the program such as verification & validation. The customer support was real time and response efficient 24/7. A superior product that changed the way we administered our systems of work to manage both risk and compliance.

Pros: Each app we use in Locstatt has become a critical part of our EHS strategy. The reports generated have become part of our executive leadership meetings.

Cons: I do not have any issues with Locstatt. We are very happy with the product and service.

Overall: Locstatt has been crucial in bringing non safety personnel into the audit and investigation process. Locstatt is known throughout the company and is at the core of our EHS processes. One of key elements is Locstatt's customer focus. They respond immediately to any concerns and also willing to help Miller solve issues (i.e. reports that are important to us). If we add a new app, they spend the necessary time training us. Customer focus and response is one of the best features of Locstatt.

Pros: Locstatt is not only value for money, it is probably the best compliance management tool I have used throughout my career. The system not only includes the ability to generate Inspection reports and incident reports it also has the ability to do everything via a mobile app!This system will enable any organisation to have a pathway to successfully implement an efficient safety management tool! Can't recommend this enough!

Cons: There are no features that I can list as cons for Locstatt.

Overall: Such a great experience using Locstatt..really can't recommend highly enough. This can be applied to so many industries as well.
