    Pros: None that I can think of crap software that works when it feels like it, suer name and password saved on machine and now it doesn't work what would you call that. Rubbish, trash, useless, unusable, waste of money.

    Cons: No support uses AI generator.
    Call center AI crashes your call.
    Bugged software.

    "Good, Not Quite Great"

    Pros: Kerio is fairly user-friendly; all the usual functionality you would expect in an email client are straight-forward and fairly easy to find. The shareable calendars are always appreciated, and the chat feature means we don't have to spring for another product.

    Cons: We experience some hit-or-miss bugs when we use the webmail version - the most persistent being that emails that have been opened still appear as Unread in my inbox.

    Overall: Kerio Connect has been a good solution for us. There are some minor user interface things that would really elevate the product but nothing that's a deal breaker. We plan to continue using Kerio Connect for the foreseeable future!
