Intellect

Pros: Applications are easy to set up, even if legacy data must be imported. The "OOTB" versions work well, and making configuration changes to customize can be done without IT support. The platform includes the basics needed to get a QMS started, and offers a wide array of applications, which can be added as the organization grows.

Cons: Although a truly "no code" architecture, the configuration changes must be done thoughtfully and carefully, but the Design-Test-Live methodology prevents mistakes. Expect a learning curve for administrators.

Overall: As a high-tech startup building our QMS from the ground up, we needed a software solution to integrate all of our processes and people. After vetting several of the prominent suppliers of QMS software, we chose Intellect because of its ability to scale up as our needs grew, and the no-code approach to maintaining and developing our applications. Intellect enabled us to leave behind our disconnected islands of information and documentation that was scattered across our Sharepoint server with no central control or visibility. Our users appreciate the “one stop” functionality we now have with Intellect, its flexibility to easily customize to our preferences, and the robust workflows that keep all of our critical activities moving forward with clear management oversight. The Intellect customer support team has been by our side every step of the way, ensuring a smooth “out of the box” launch and helping us through the ongoing configuration changes that have given us a great value for our investment.

Pros: Very user friendly platform, Trainers and implementation team are very helpful. The applications are very well designed and are very thorough. Prompt reply and help on inquiries.

Cons: No bad experience at all. Sales person was amazing and gave us a discount.

Overall: Overall, I would rate Intellect 10/10 score. The software is easy to use and fits all the quality needs.

Pros: Platform can be completely customized as a user needs. Can build templates, workflows, tables, apps, etc. Work well as a cloud app as to not be affected by company firewalls/servers. Most of the design practices make sense across the apps. Ability to add mass amounts of data works well. Admin panel & audit features are a great plus. Great error/troubleshooting logs.

Cons: Depending on your company needs, some apps require much more customization than others. Design speeds depend drastically on which version a user is on. Some on screen errors don't allow for much interpretation or troubleshooting. Site can sporadically log users out.

Overall: Overall good platform to work on. Have a good amount of apps and features out of the box to implement into a Quality System. Opportunity to customize the apps as needed. Decent user experience which gets better with time.

Pros: The site is robust and highly customizable.
A well-structured work team. Good customer service from instructors and programmers.
An training material is included with our site, and also they have a support platform.

Cons: A single customization could require multiple alterations across various tables and processes, which increases the the possibility of errors.
The OOTB package is not clear. It is important to define if Intellect will help us to configure and see if it is possible the configurations that we request, since at the moment of the sale everything is "YES", however, it is important to define it beforehand to avoid surprises.

Overall: Before Intellect, there was no established QMS or process repository. Documents were not standardized. If a user left, the documents were lost. There was no process for approving and reviewing documents. Each department had its own document management. Complaint management, CAPA management had no follow up. There were no well documented audit plans with good follow up. After implementing Intellect, we resolved these problems.
Implementing Intellect was complex, due the high number of tables and work flows we required to change, but after all, we have a successful implementation.

Pros: I am currently in implementation of this product. The training is amazing, and the software is incredibly customizable. This QMS would work for any scale company and in almost any industry. I love the mobile features as well, that stands out from the competition.

Cons: Nothing, I haven't found anything that isn't working well in the system.

Overall: The overall experience has been great. The implementation team has been responsive, reliable, and friendly. I would definitely recommend this EQMS to a friend.

Pros: I love that Intellect is SO easy to use! It make teaching our team a breeze. Having a system that is completely customizable is a game changer. We looked at several other QMS companies and as I was looking I kept thinking how there were things we would never use of if I could change that how much more it would work for us. Well with Intellect you get that! I love being able to design our site to fit our needs.

Cons: I haven't found anything that I don't like about the software.

Overall: Our experience from start to finish has been amazing. Everyone at Intellect has really taken the time to answer all of our questions and assist us in choose the right product for us.

Pros: Intellect is a fully customizable no-code eQMS system with all the applications you would expect, including Document Control, Employee Training, CAPA, Audits, Risk Management, Vendor Management, etc. The introductory package comes with multiple applications; the client can choose which ones to start with. After implementation, the client can create applications or purchase additional ones configured by Intellect's first-class team. Best of all, the system can be managed internally by a designated Administrator with or without IT involvement. It is highly scalable, and the options for using and expanding the system (even outside of QA) are endless. The start-up and implementation pricing is highly competitive, and training is included for the applications chosen and the design functions.

Cons: Although the system's initial cost is much lower than most, the user licensing and support fees can quickly increase, especially for smaller organizations and if you need to open the system to all employees (for training and access to SOPs, etc). I would have liked to have had in-depth System Administrator training. If you have only one or two people configuring and managing the system, you will likely need professional support services at an additional cost, as we did. The Intellect team is very flexible and accommodating to our unique needs and was able to scale the pricing and licensing options to meet our budget. The out-of-the-box QMS applications are geared toward manufacturing, but they are customizable.

Overall: We are finalizing the configuration and implementation of Intellect to convert our current Quality Management System that utilizes multiple applications and platforms into one complete and customizable solution for all employees to access for Document Control, Training, Audits, CAPAs, Vendor Management, Quality Issues, Risk Management, Deviations and Management Reporting. This will fully automate our processes, provide mobile access and improve the control, quality, oversight, tracking and trending of key metrics. The system will replace 4 other applications that are currently in use, reduce our costs, increase productivity and transparency and employee morale (by not having to access multiple systems to complete their assigned work and training)

Pros: Flexible use of applications.
Excellent and responsive customer service.
One central location to store records and documentation.
Ability to make configuration changes in house.

Cons: Certain newer applications aren't available to older versions of the software.
The workflow and configuration changes can be a little confusing.

Overall: Great software with a lot of customization ability. Any issues are quickly resolved with friendly customer service technicians.

Pros: Intellect is a great system that helps me keep track of my records and documents. It also has a great workflow feature that helps me determine which stage of the process I am at.

Cons: The only issue I would like to see developed in the future is to be able customize the layout of the personal navigation. Other than that, everything works quite well!

Overall: Intellect has helped me complete a substantial amount of my work tasks with ease and has removed a lot of the headaches I may have without a system such as this.

Pros: User interface is modern, easy and intuitive to learn how to use, and SaaS system. The people running the company are honest and professional.

Cons: Nothing at all, this is a product that is easy to buy, easy to use, and the people make it easy all the way through the process.

Overall: Please see my comments above, it has been a long time coming for a product like this to hit the market.

Pros: The application comes with pre-configured functions but also allows for the customization of those applications and the building of your own applications.

Cons: We have had an outstanding experience with Intellect. Service and support are outstanding.

Overall: Great experience using the product, Training was a great way for us to get started and they supported us through Implementation. On-going service and support is great and better than the average vendor.

Pros: Easy to use, intuitive eQMS system. Lots of configuration options, easy-to-use app creator. No code platform means you don't have to be a specialist to create new apps, all you need is proper training and you're ready to go! System is affordable for small and medium companies.

Cons: The mobile app needs improving. Looks like it is left on its own and it needs some modifications. Sometimes doesn't work properly on Android and IOS devices. Needs support here.

Overall: We have solved our problem with a lot of paperwork and consolidating our quality system. We are a manufacturing company with implemented restrictive quality system. We needed support in improving our QMS and help for us to grow.

Pros: The ability to add to the out of the box format to better fit our business needs. User friendly and makes daily reporting faster and easier.

Cons: No Cons just a suggestion for improvement on the calibration app.

Overall: Intellect has made the daily use of our quality systems and programs easier to manage. Having all records in Intellect makes viewing and sharing faster.

Pros: I love how the program is fully customizable. Easy to manage and configure on my own. We have seen very positive feedback during audits at how we use Intellect to improve our company.

Cons: It is hard to really dislike anything about Intellect. If I had to choose one thing- it would be that there may be modules which don't fit my needs out of the box. These apps may require too many steps to process for our company. However this is easily fixed by some manual configuration. And in the end- I would rather step down the requirements than have to step up.

Overall: Intellect has brought our company to the next level when considering quality management. It has allowed us to free up time with its simple automation and ensured nothing is missed. We have been able to seamlessly adjust our configurations to meet audit recommendations or findings. We consider Intellect a great partner. My only regret is not finding them earlier.
