    Pros: Customer service is always very responsive and courteous. We use Intulse for our VoIP service, and on those rare occasions we do have problems, they are quick to help us through.

    Cons: My only complaint is that the mobile app that goes with the phone service could use a little work. I'll need to give it another chance as it is a work in progress.

    Overall: Overall, I'm pleased to have Intulse as our phone provider here at the office. They've been helpful in the areas of both sales and support.

    Chris, thanks for the great review, and thanks for your patience with the Virtual Phone. Yes, it is a work in progress and some much needed features are coming soon. Did you know we also offer a Teams integration? We have folks loving that option on their iPhones for example.

    Pros: Intulse truly listens to their customers and brings a solution to meet their needs in an expedient way. They worked closely with us from start to finish to provide a product that we are very satisfied with. If an issue arises or we need some technical assistance, they respond promptly and resolve the issue immediately. We would highly recommend them.

    Cons: We have nothing to complain about. Intulse has met every expectation we had of them.

    Overall: We have had an extremely positive relationship with Intulse. We look forward to working with them well into the future, particularly as our school grows and our need for their equipment and services increases. Very satisfied.

    Pros: We have two offices separated by about 60 miles. So we moved to a VoIP service years ago so we could have all lines answered by one receptionist. The concept was great. The technology was okay. The service was ... well, horrible. We switched to Intulse about 6 or 7 months ago and they have been FANTASTIC! The technology is far better & the service has been phenomenal. We also love their app as it allows us to make & receive calls from our cell phones without having to reveal to clients our personal cell numbers. Can't speak highly enough of the folks at Intulse! ... They also integrate with our database so we can easily see who called what client & what client called us on what date. The texting integration is also fantastic.

    Cons: The one negative ... no one told me about Intulse before! We should have switched years ago.

    Overall: Overall, I highly recommend Intulse. Even the install was phenomenal. We always dread making a change as the switch-over is always far worse than predicted. Not so with Intulse. The switch-over was effortless. Very smooth! Very efficient.

    Pros: - The phone service is consistent and our sound quality is very clear.
    - The dashboard is so helpful to transfer calls and see which team members are available.
    - The call reporting is so helpful at the end of the day to see all the calls and listen to the recordings.
    - It's very convenient to fax directly from the dashboard.

    Cons: There's nothing we dislike but if they improved the historical reporting feature to work better with our CRM we wouldn't complain.

    Overall: We've been more than happy with our experience with Intulse. The support team is so helpful and solves problems quickly. We highly recommend their service.

    Pros: 1. More flexible than traditional on-premise phone systems.
    2. Works well in a multi-location / home office environment.
    3. Cloud-managed.
    4. Customers never receive a busy signal.
    5. Able to port over existing phone numbers.

    Cons: 1. Voice call quality is sometimes dictated by Internet quality - especially when used at home offices or rural, remote offices.

    Overall: Switching from the on-premise phone system provided by our Internet Services Provider to Intulse was a welcomed change for our employees. Much more flexibility and the Intulse system is feature-rich. When COVID hit the region in 2020, moving to home offices was seamless for everyone with no reprogramming required.

    Pros: The Intulse dashboard is robust and user-friendly. Support is quick, thorough, and friendly. This phone system, user interface, and the service provided have made our work more efficient.

    Cons: The only thing I can think of left on my wish list is unlimited data storage for call recordings. It is available, but at a higher price point than we are willing to pay as a small business.

    Overall: From customer service to reliability of the system, Intulse has been amazing. The visual and technical capabilities of the dashboard are a game-changer, elevating the experience of the receptionist and every phone user. Top notch support and system.
