    Pros: The CRM is easy to set up easy to use, works with Zapier too with Facebook leads.
    Easy drip emails.

    Cons: I would like to see mass texting option & Facebook integration.

    Overall: Overall satisfied with the CRM only a few items I wish could be added. I also wish I could use my own phone number for texting.

    Pros: This program offers great tools for realtors to use to improve their CRM. Immediate customer contact.

    Cons: Most functions require an additional monthly cost to use.

    Overall: Great experience thus far using the CRM portion and great website designs. Would recommend this to other realtors.

    "BEST CRM IN 20 YEARS!"

    Pros: The user interface is easy to learn and use and is not glitchy, and is well thought out. And their customer service is outstanding. They are very friendly and helpful!

    Cons: Nothing yet, was just a little intimidated at first with learning all of the functionality of a new program, but once I got over that and really dug into the program I began to really appreciate it's full potential. Still getting used to the website.

    Overall: Love the social media integration and posts.
    Love the provided website and templates.
    Love the way that it makes it easier to stay in touch with past Clients.

    "The best CRM client management system today !"

    Pros: Integrating a reliable easy to use CRM system with your social media contact management system just makes sense. This system takes the place of 4 other systems. Mass emailing system, social media content producer, CRM system, It blogs for you, it creates monthly newsletters for you, it writes letters for you, it even send cards for you. You can do it by electronic communication or the system will produce actual cards, letters, literature, etc..for you to mail. Also the website they make for you is better than any website I have ever had, and that comes to you for free. Easy to use, affordable and killer customer service too ,they want you to succeed. They will even help you set it all up ! This is a game changer !!

    Cons: I can't find anything bad about it so far. It does so much for you and its easy!

    Overall: The best CRM system period! You can eliminate 4 to 6 other advertising tools by using IXACT contact.

    Pros: I like simple and the support when needed. I absolutely love this CRM. It is absolutely amazing. I schedule my mass email blasts and I don't have to put any thought into it. Just set up the mast emails and go.

    Cons: No changes. Keep enhancing! Always look for ways to improve.

    Overall: Ease of use and I absolutely love the letters and drip campaigns. Love the CRM! I use for real estate....

    "Loving this CRM/Website so far!"

    Pros: I really love how a lot of the things wanted in a CRM are automated and it includes very nice modern website templates! I had some trouble in the beginning with getting my domain name from an outside company to link the website here but the team at IXACT was very helpful with assisting me. They stayed in contact and even followed-up to make sure that I was all set. The start up process was smooth with their help and now I even have IDX pulling listings straight to my website.

    Cons: Nothing so far...I can't wait to see the additions they are rolling out soon like the automatic email templates for the modern websites.

    Overall: My overall experience has been great thus far. It's a CRM that does what I need it to do, a website is included, automations are available, and texting. All at an affordable price if you ask me.

    "User friendly and lots of perks"

    Pros: Love the Customer Service they are always available and helpful. The Social Stream is an amazing way to post on Facebook automatically. I love the newsletters that go out automatically each month but not until I can edit them and add personal touches. Lastly the website was so easy to set up and is loaded with so much info for clients. So professional looking!.

    Cons: No American Express ... I had to get another business card solely for Ixact.

    Overall: It's a great CRM with so many bells and whistles. I feel it adds professionalism to my online presence and helps me keep in touch with all my clients.

    Pros: The CRM itself is easy to use and easy to set up. The integration with google helps a lot to help sync things together.

    Cons: The mobile app, this is not the best to use and the functionality is not there fully.

    Overall: For the price, this is one of the better crm's to use. Good starter one, all the systems are the same but it really depends on the person if they will fully use it or not.

    "Great CRM and customer service"

    Pros: I found the customer service to be very responsive to questions.
    I think it also has very good integration with social media.

    Cons: It took some getting used to, but all CRMs do.
    Setting up email campaigns was not very intuitive, but with your help I was able to figure it all out.

    Overall: While I have not used a lot of CRMs, this is the easiest and most robust I have so far. I am still trying to figure out how to get in the habit of loading contacts. Any way to integrate with Google or outlook would be great!

    Pros: I love that the CRM allows me to send a monthly newsletter. I also use the feature that automatically posts on my social media. Customer service is also excellent.

    Cons: I don't have any dislikes.

    Overall: Great. I have tried a few crms in the past and Ixact is my favorite. I love the social media posts and the monthly newsletter

    Cons: I will like not to pay $!10 extra for the Facebook posting and would love it if they post on Instagram.

    Pros: User friendly, many features, great integrations. social stream is a very cool feature. I'm also very happy about the automatic text replier. it saved me from getting another provider to send automatic text messages.

    Cons: It would be great if it integrated with Instagram and/or Facebook for postings and maybe lead generation.

    Overall: I've used many CRMs before and IXACT contact is the best I've come across. great services and great software to grow your business.

    Pros: Love the they have a great price, they post articles for you on social media to keep your name being shown, and they help you keep up with being in contact with leads.

    Cons: Not the greatest at being user friendly but manageable, that’s really my only con.

    Overall: My experience thus far has been good, no real complaints. Just waiting to see the fruits of the labor to be produced.
