"From 2016 and still using it!" Posted 2022-11-25
Pros: This is a great product for the price!
Out of the blocks they give you a free ticketing system, a free customer management system and free remote control of registered devices!
Not sure why other posts on here say they do not do free stuff as this is clearly stated on their website.
When you need to grow your business or add additional functions you can do this per customer / device based giving you the ability to give you clients the package they need. Paid features include RMM, Patch Management etc
Lots of recent development with such much coming, this is exciting times and glad we have stuck with it for so long!
Well priced if not cheaper than competition with similar features.Cons: 3rd Party patch management can be a little flaky sometimes.
Only integrates with Xcitium Client Security for AV protection.
MDM functionality is limited / basic.
OS Support is mainly Windows with some basic information / functions for Mac and Linux.Overall: No system or service is without it's issue, crashes etc.

What we have found with the platform is that the power you get with such a simple design is amazing.
Recently there has been a pricing change, but as stated you still get 80% of the system for free for all devices. Before this you either paid a larger price for the AV and got ITarian free or paid the same price for ITarian (with no AV) that it is now sold at.
ITarian have now given me more flexibility on what I pay for, and looking at the forums and feedback site we have exciting features coming. -

"Was good, now it's bad" Posted 2022-09-23
Pros: I have a small MSP service that I offer my clients and have less than 50 devices total. At first, this was a great product and I liked the simplicity of the platform. But on 9/21, they implemented a change in price and no longer offer the most important features for free. No more RMM, no more Patch Management, no more remote access. It all costs $1.25 per endpoint.
Cons: They changed the pricing structure and now they no longer support <50 devices for free. Don't waste your time on this.
Overall: I was about to go all in on this software until they changed the pricing structure. Now they are cutting out the free tier. They just want money for nothin' and their chicks for free. Not playing along.

"Good for a free(ish) product" Edited 2022-04-05
Pros: So, for starters, there is 50 devices that you get at no additional cost. Beyond 50 seats there is a cost per device. Compared to the very few other "free seats" options, this is the best I could find. I like that I can monitor things like event id 7 and 52 logs, push windows build updates (feature updates), and the normal windows updates on a schedule. You can also push updates to common software or packaged .msi files to remote systems.
I understand there is some bad blood from past people that said it would be free forever for unlimited devices. From a business point of view, there is nothing to gain by doing this, and the fact they offer 50 free seats is great for a person that is using ~30 devices of that 50. If you honestly manage more than 50 I think it's only fair to pay them for those seats since they are offering a service after all.Cons: Linux support is there but lacking without a premium license. Every once in a while a machine will not correctly report online (which may have been fixed with an update). Integration with 3rd party services is a bit lacking.
Overall: For a "free" RMM service and under 50 devices, this is honestly the best service I've had. I've only had one outage in which I couldn't remote into systems. Other services (which is very few free ones) lack the feature set that this offers by a long shot.

"If I could rate it a zero I would " Posted 2020-06-24
Pros: The first twenty end points you add to the system are technically free. I can’t think of any more pros.
Cons: Their online cloud is always crashing. Their support is based out of India and very hard to communicate with.
Overall: Horrible company ran by account managers that don’t care about customers. Stay away from this company.
