    Pros: Simple and easy to use, setup in next to no time. The layout makes it easy to use and follow what is happening.

    Cons: There was not anything I found annoying, but I can see some getting into issues when trying to set up sync rules, an interactive section here would solve this.

    Overall: Really enjoyed the fact it's easy to use and just works. It's straightforward and delivers what is needed.

    Pros: Fantastic tool that allows me to keep all my data up to date on the different platforms I use easily.

    Cons: The price to pay to have all your potential available is very high. You should review those values.

    "The Ultimate in 2-Way Syncing"

    Pros: PieSync keeps data between platforms synced seamlessly. Setup is pretty easy as well as navigating throughout the platform.

    Cons: Being added to a team by another user doesn't give you access to look at or work on their syncs, making the team function seem pretty pointless. The login using the verification code sent via email every time is annoying, should switch to a typical email/username and password login. Support can take quite a while sometimes. Have had same day responses which is nice, but have also waited 4-5 days for a response.

    Overall: Overall, my experience has been positive. I've run into some issues recently with one of the platforms we keeping synced, but that's not the fault of PieSync. Great product for keeping data synced up. Just a few things they could fix to make the product even more streamlined (the team function, the login mechanism, quick support responses). Other than those things, it's a great product.

    Pros: It is more flexible than any other tool, I can connect any custom field I want.

    Cons: Updating based on lists would be a great addition.

    Overall: I sync all my client's data using this tool, way easier to use than other tools and it saves the trouble of creating a custom tool based on the API, the liberty I have to update any field is great.

    "It "just works"."

    Pros: It "just works". No single CRM seems to be effective for the different ends of the business that need one, and the cost of platforms that have multiple kinds of front end so they can claim to do it all is prohibitive. So synchronising the underlying contacts between multiple specialised platforms is an important requirement. Manually implementing and maintaining APIs between multiple platforms ourselves is a complete no-no, so this is perfect to keep our multiple CRMs (plus Google Contacts, so I know who's calling by caller ID alone) properly synchronised.

    Cons: I accidentally added a feature from outside my plan during the trial period - custom field synchronising - which halted the sync when the trial ended. But customer services fixed it same day!

    Overall: Top marks for filling this gap and, to be honest, enabling the different specialised CRMs to be worth considering: if we couldn't sync our top sales CRM choice with our top client support CRM choice, would we have chosen them after all? Quite possibly not. Nimble and Capsule can, in fact, thank PieSync for clinching the deal.

    "Easy to implement, fairly easy to master"

    Pros: Setup was very simple and fast and the 2-week free trial made it a painless choice. The sync performance dashboard makes it very easy to spot any issues or holes in the sync, and the rules are easy to create and validate.

    Cons: It would be nice to have more versatility around syncing different data fields, like drop-downs and check boxes, but the limitations are understandable.

    Overall: Selection, implementation, and ongoing maintenance are wonderfully easy. Support is prompt to respond and thorough in addressing questions. Highly recommend as a sync between Hubspot and Outreach.

    "What a great tool"

    Pros: How easy it is to customise and tailor syncs that are currently in place. the pricing is hugely competitive as standardly this is done by bespoke programming.

    Cons: the amount of entities you are able to sync, having multiple entities from one system which syncs to our other tools would be perfect. example sync invoices to our account team currently this only syncs contacts and accounts.

    Overall: I've been able to go through and set up customized syncs on the go and get this working for different workloads within the two systems. this is now used for automated workflows that have helped to speed up processes. we were using a bespoke tool for this which was a lot more money and less functionality and easy to make changes, this software fitted what we needed and worked.

    "User friendly and simple to configure!"

    Pros: I was nervous about integrating our CRM system with HubSpot. PieSync made it incredibly easy to set up all the sync integrations, even for me being a non-technical person. I like being able to see the statistics of everything. I love that everything syncs to our CRM system super quickly.

    Cons: My only issue, and it's not huge, is that there are some fields that don't sync because of the type of field they are. I found a work around but it would be great if for example, a drop down in CRM could map to a drop down field in HubSpot. There is also a little button that sometimes pops on automatically when setting up an integration that will sync the other way around. That has gotten me in to some trouble a couple times but I have to just remember to turn it off. Would be nice if it didn't automatically turn on.

    Overall: I was nervous about integrating our CRM system with HubSpot. PieSync made it incredibly easy to set up all the sync integrations, even for me being a non-technical person. I highly recommend this solution and am so happy we chose it!

    Pros: Does a great job of keeping contacts synchronized between our different systems such as Facebook Lead Forms, Mojo Dialer, and our CRM.

    Cons: support is only available via email, but is very responsive.

    Overall: it helps us get new lead information into our CRM and our dialer automatically.

    "Syncing Done Right"

    Pros: First and foremost, it's SUPER simple to set up syncs. Whereas our previous syncing solution took a couple of hours to get up and running, PieSync took about 5 minutes.

    Cons: My only gripe is that I get logged out of the system relatively regularly. For someone who LOVES watching the real time report of syncs, this can get a little annoying (but just a little).

    Overall: We were able to customize the sync to our liking, cutting out several extra steps that we had to complete in our previous system. This saved our team about 30 minutes per person per day. It's amazing!

    Pros: Easy to configure - incredible support - the products works perfectly.

    Cons: I have no cons to report about PieSync and the integration with Dynamics 365

    Overall: I am using Dynamics 365 and I wanted a 2-way sync between Outlook and D365. PieSync works perfectly - easy setup and it just plain works. I did not have any issues but along the way I did have some general questions about the service and features. The company responded within minutes (that's minutes, not hours not days)

    Pros: Piesync is great for synchronizing two cloud services. You can also customize the parameters based on which to synchronize the database and perform simple automations.

    Cons: it's a bit expensive for large databases.Having lots of contacts does not always mean having a lot of money.

    Overall: Overall it is a perfect solution if you have a database on a service and want to replicate it, synchronizing it in a unique or one-to-one manner on another service.

    Pros: Real automation and integration with all of our apps to push data the way we need to, and manage it's tagging and categorization/segmentation. Phenomenal customer support.

    Cons: Overall price can be a little hard to swallow at first, but it's honestly worth it.

    Overall: Great! Highly recommended. There is not a single product out there that can compete with what piesync does for us.
