Pros: HotSchedulules give administrator to schedule and shift employees. It allows to communicate with employers with the tool. It gives ability to monitor staff progress and worktime.
Cons: HotSchedules is very handy employee scheduling tool.
Overall: HotSchedules is the best employee management tool for any size of organizations. It gives me ability to change shifts with few clicks and it automatically reminded the employee for new update. It also gives me ability to communicate and control employees within the tool.
