Pros: Very happy with Hostaway and all it does - particularly for making our internal processes a lot easier.
Cons: Financial reporting and owner statements can be a bit hit and miss between different users. Still some missing elements in the financials that we need to make up for manually. Task automation a little clunky to deal with - especially when trying to delete tasks.
Overall: Overall, we're very happy with our move to Hostaway - it's going to enable a lot more functionality especially with regards to direct bookings.

Pros: Hostaway is a powerful, thoughtful, and user-friendly PMS and I'm so glad I chose them. The onboarding process made me feel like they really cared about my learning the software thoroughly and held my hand through the trickier parts like integration with VRBO. It was a great experience being trained by Shabeeb and his counterparts. All of my trainers were brilliant, patient, kind, and affective teachers. Since "graduating" I have had great luck with the live chat support as well. I feel like Hostaway is an international family that has one common goal: making sure our guests have the best experience possible. I love the automated email system that lets me provide detailed information for my guests at each step of the booking, planning, checkin, and checkout process. I feel confident that my calendars are properly synched and up-to-date.
Cons: Some parts of the automated payment systems are quirky.
Overall: I'd recommend this site to anyone in the vacation rental industry. It feels like life has gotten less stressful since integrating my channels to Hostaway. I love how they are constantly improving the software and never charge for any of these upgrades. Great job, Hostaway.

Pros: We needed a platform that would scale with our anticipated growth. It needed to be affordable from day one, but not be deficient in the professional property management features our clients were expecting. Hostaway has delivered features and capabilities which exceed our expectations.
Cons: We honestly have no complaints or dislikes. Hostaway offers us the ability to run a small but growing property management firm and we can stay with them throughout the journey.
Overall: Customer support has been outstanding. Each and every time we've needed questions answered, which has not been very often, we were able to promptly get the information from a knowledgeable and friendly Hostaway team member.

Pros: The new inbox feature is great along with excellent integration with Airbnb. Great customer service is a plus. Always happy with the service!
Cons: The integration with Vrbo and booking.com isn't so great. But I hope they are working on it!
Overall: I've been using Hostaway for almost 1 year now. My overall experience is great. And I can recommend it to anyone without hesitating!

Pros: Ease of service, clear communication, system is set up to do endless things to make property managing streamline with all the technology needed to take out hours of messaging. Platform is really the best I've seen and I've view several demos. Great trainer & facilitator who help you to understand the software, setting me up to win & not struggle. Love the follow up with trainer. He really show care and that he want me to succeed using the software to my benefit.
Cons: I can't really think of any cons, seriously. I m sorry, but I really can't think of anything that I don't like at this time.
Overall: Exceptional service overall. I can't say enough about the software and the trainer. I am super impressed and I have already refer the software to other host. This software far exceeds my expectations.

Lots of Support - Akeeshan, Uvindu, Mohameed etc.
Competitive cost.
Good integration to OTAs.
Email Automation.Cons: All is great at the moment. We have no cons so far as even the cleaners have stated the additional value and efficiencies it brings to the business.
Overall: Lovely experience and added efficiency and effectiveness in our systematization. Great team to support with setting up during the boarding process.

Pros: The company I work for has been using Hostaway for some time now, I easily adjusted to the software and received great support.
Cons: Nothing until today, every time I had a question/issue the support center or the account manager helped me.
Overall: Overall the system works very well and I have been able to save a lot of time on daily operations. I like the fact that support center is easily reachable.

Perfect to manage all the channels in one.Cons: Different price in the start of contract.
The first guy who i talk to told me it costs 100$, and the second one 100 €.Overall: Good service so far! Recommend!

Pros: So far, they concentrate on helping you get it done quickly, they don't have a format, you just ask what you need to know!
Cons: I don't really have any at this time, it's pretty new to me!
Overall: So far so good! I am figuring it out with the assistance of one of their onboarding team members. So much easier than the last company that was taking months to get to this point, and I fired them.

Pros: Easy to use, even if you do not have background knowledge with property management systems. The financial reporting and owner statements take off a ton of stress for our accounting team.
Cons: Ability to make changes to multiple listings at one time is not available yet.
Overall: Hostaway has been fairly easy to maneuver and I love that it manages all of my calendars in one space. The connection with WordPress for direct bookings is a HUGE bonus. The ability to have access to support 24/7 is extremely helpful, especially during the onboarding process.

Pros: Fluidity of the platform including 100% connection rate with the channels such as BDC and Air BnB which makes the process of onboarding call quick and responsive. Akeeshan & Paul in the first couple of calls are some of the best onboarding specialists I have ever worked with. As opposed to the previous PMS we were using (Guesty) the patience and clarity offered here provides quick and concise results.
Cons: There is only one slight issue with Google meeting that is dependent on the local quality of broadband or internet some loss was experienced with sharing screen in video enabled. Video generally isn't required and only share screen is the main requirement so in our example as Australia has one of the worst ratings in the world for internet speed associated with Telstra there is not bad in any way on Hostaway or for that matter Googles behalf. Just a local provider issue.
Overall: Looking forward to a great partnership with Hostaway and see great potential for Host Easy BnB to grow and develop over time. No fear that support is never near.

Overall: Loved the on-boarding experience - much easier than other PMS I've used. Enjoyed having one or two people as my specialist "team" who I could consistently work with and who understands my problem.

The chat is great.Cons: Not easy to get in touch with account manager.
When the site is having updates, some times we have some problems, for example with the calendar.

Pros: Thorough and helpful, learned about owner dashboard and reporting which will be very useful going forward.
Cons: Booking fee is available for website in the system but is not available through VRBO even though it's done through Stripe. Couldn't figure out how to deduct 3% from VRBO but working on it.

Pros: User Friendly not like the other services and the explanation is easy to understand can explain to everyone easily.
Cons: Setting up is a bit time consuming and it needs a lot of understanding at first specially if you are the who will set it up.
