    - tech support
    - speed of the site

    I really like this hosting provider. Super!

    Cons: They don't provide support via phone. Everything else suits me.

    Overall: If I could find the best feature about HostPro besides fast hosting that would probably be their customer support. It doesn’t matter what hosting you order from HostPro, they respond and help you solve any issue. The level of service is really high and their client-focused attitude impresses me a lot. Other web hosting providers cannot offer such customer support as HostPro can. I hope for long-term collaboration.
