    Pros: HelpDesk is a pretty simple help desk platform to integrate with multiple business platforms. The user experience design is intuitive and fast to navigate. I loved the ease of creating tickets, it's automated and one click away to generate. It offers multiple ways of interaction options.

    Pros: The way the HelpDesk tool allows us to interact with customers is just phenomenal. It gives the ability to add a knowledge base and ticket tracking to your help desk chat. I liked its support routing option.

    Cons: It doesn't offer very advanced features but it makes enough for small business.

    Overall: Overall, HelpDesk is an intuitive help desk platform integrated with great resources to easily deal with support problems. Its customer support is very responsive.
