Pros: One of the main things that I liked about Guusto is the way it allows me to send awards immediately to each of my employees, I love the way in which I can send various awards, not only monetary, but I can also send awards with badges, as recognitions, this very intuitive way of recognizing the effort of my employees, I liked it a lot because I can maintain recognition depending on the objectives achieved, in addition, I also love the way in which I can send awards in different ways, since the platform allows me to send various gift cards, I can send gift cards for online stores or for use in mobile device stores, there are many methods or a lot of variety in the way in which I can send awards to my employees, thanks to this platform. Another thing that I liked is that this platform has a ranking system, which automatically positions the employees who are in my company, the positioning depends on the number of recognitions that each employee has achieved, therefore, this motivates my employees to strive even harder to achieve many more achievements to improve the ranking in the leaderboard. This platform also allows me to view in real time the status of the claim of the gift card sent, I can check if the employee has correctly used the gift card that was previously sent to him. Another fantastic feature of this platform is that it allows you to create recognitions from scratch, you can create badges with your own design to have a unique design in the recognitions that you give to each of your employees, this is great because you can have your own design for your badges and achievements. Another thing I liked about this platform is that it doesn't charge me any kind of commission for each award or recognition sent to my employees, this is great, since every dollar in my employees' award goes directly to them, which is great because I don't have to spend on commissions to be able to send these recognitions.

Cons: Guusto has behaved wonderfully, I really don't have any kind of complaint about this platform, in general, its recognition sending service is great, since it sends notifications to employees every time they receive a new award within their Guusto business profile, in addition, this platform is also capable of sending automatic awards on the holidays or birthdays of each of our employees, which helps our employees to be even happier working in our company. For now, I have been using this platform for over a year to reward the efforts of my employees, and I must admit that I have not had any problems sending recognition and awards to employees. The platform has always worked correctly and we have had a quick response to each of the awards sent.

Overall: Guusto has been part of our company for over a year, and the results have been relatively noticeable during all this time. In the first month, we did not notice many significant changes in the operation of our company, because we had not correctly registered the badges and recognitions within the platform. However, as time went by, when our employees met better objectives, little by little we incorporated better recognitions and better badges. Therefore, after a year of use within my company, in general, I must recognize that this platform has provided a significant growth in the work motivation of our employees. Our employees have been able to strive much harder to achieve better achievements in the company and position themselves better in the ranking. Our main objective in using this platform in the long term is that it provides us with increasingly better ways to reward our employees, as we have noticed a growth in the general production of our company. Thanks to the award system that we have used on this platform. I think my overall experience has been perfect, and this has allowed our company and our employees to grow.

Pros: Everything ok with the service center near me the company that I have seems to take a little longer to get gift cards out otherwise that it's a good service I love it sometimes it's hard to understand it...

Cons: Need to get more gift cards online, I had no other words to say but good job hope they keep up the good work so my company can stay with them for another year or two.

Overall: It's a good idea... It's a good idea how to email us every day to let us know how they feel and what is our thoughts of everything....

Pros: I liked how you can show appreciation in private or public to the employee who doesn’t get recognition for their work.

Cons: It should have a withdrawal system where you can withdraw money instead of getting a gift card etc.

Overall: Yes I love Guusto very nice app my manager showed it to me and also taught me a few things. Nice app.

Pros: Guusto is very easy and powerful employees data management product and on human resource management this system is excellent.
Easy data analytics creation and on financial data management Guusto is incredible.

Cons: No issues at all on Guusto functionalities and its performance is productive.

Overall: Amazing coordination and the engagement capability is on top and very effective data integration platform with functional tracking tools.

Pros: 1). Easy to use and navigate.
2). Options for changes and editing.
3). Great Functionality.
4). Good Customer relationship.

Cons: Nothing really much.
Except having to manually effect some changes to some features.

Overall: It's an excellent product and the reviews from its users has clearly shown that it's worth giving a trial.

Pros: Guusto has great features and also just few days of using Guusto I have been able to learn how to send a gift and receive too from the Guusto free trial. Also I love Guusto because it has different varieties of merchant you can choose from when sending a gift.

Cons: I don't think I dislike Guusto in any aspect, all the important features needed for a product is contained in Guusto Platform.

Overall: I have had such an incredible time with Guusto and I hope it remains this way. I am satisfied with Guusto.

Pros: Guusto has been a great shot in the arm for our culture. Its ease of use is excellent. I highly recommend it.

Cons: It's worked really well so far. There aren't any issues with it.

Pros: The user interface and experience is great! The support team over at Guusto is prompt to respond and very helpful.

Cons: Mobile site accessibility could use a little work as seeing the claim code proved difficult on mobile.

Overall: I enjoyed Guusto and plan on using them again in the future! There's no reason to not give them a try when looking for a software in this space.

Pros: Personalized, Ease of Access, Lots of Options, Quick, lots of merchants, easy to use interface and website.

Cons: I liked everything, if I had to say maybe adding more merchants to the available merchant list.

Overall: Great to use and will be implementing it with my business for the future. It provides a great personalized incentive program for top down recognition, takes away the boring gifts or prizes and makes it something that everyone will enjoy.

Pros: Having the Guusto app on my phone with access to a variety of vendors has made my shopping experience pleasant. The app has been easy to navigate and gift cards can be retrieved in an instant.

Cons: My experience with Guusto has been seamless. I am looking forward to more vendors potentially being added.

Overall: Receiving electronic gift cards for a wide variety of vendors is a great way to be incentivized by your employer and a convenient way to us gift card for shopping, eating or entertainment.

Pros: There are so many options to choose from when gifting someone a gift card. Also, the website is super easy to use and the design is super sleek. It is amazingly structured.

Cons: Everything went well, but I feel like more stores can be included. Maybe more clothing chains in Canada need to be included, as that matters a lot for some people.

Overall: Guusto provides a simple and easy way to send and receive money. It also makes it more fun, due to being able to choose what you are gifting. As well, the fact that there are so many stores to choose from makes Guusto the best.

Pros: I love how simple it is to connect with my team and other teammates in our organization. It is always appreciated when we recognize the good work we all do.

Cons: I can't say i have anything I don't like other than not getting the certificates to display for our teams.

Overall: Everything is easy to access and manageable. We often get stuck deciding who deserves the recognition, and rewards.

Pros: Guusto provides an excellent and straight-forward site to navigate and sign-up for, as well as plenty options for claiming credits which makes it a good option to use to help incentivize meetings/webinars.

Cons: It could be made easier to click through reward options versus just a scroll down list.

Overall: Overall a great experience and very straightforward to be able to claim credits and very versatile. I would definitely use it again.

Pros: I love how versatile Guusto is in the choices offered for gifting. Also, the design and layout of the website is super sleek and easy to use. It could not get any better!

Cons: One thing that I dislike about Guusto is that there aren't many clothing brands offered for gifting compared to other websites. Other than that, everything is great!

Overall: Overall, Guusto is solving many problems. One is how Guusto makes sending online money so much more fun and easy to do. It makes sending money online more "personal."

Pros: I like Guusto because of great Functionality and easy usage. Ability to use Guusto and send gift online or through email or print gift offline to accommodate people without email address makes Guusto an excellent platform for sending and receiving gift.

Cons: At the moment, there is nothing to dislike about Guusto.

Overall: It keeps getting better and better with Guusto. I am happy to be a user and I will refer my colleagues and friends too.

Pros: I didn't have any difficulty accessing any features on the Guusto platform.
It supports different merchant and gives room for different currencies too.
An excellent avenue to recognize customers.

Cons: Manually changing the currencies but I believe I will get use to it as time goes on.
Apart from that, Guusto is the best.

Overall: My Guusto experience has been great. My brother referred me to it and I have really enjoyed every bit of it. I wish Guusto remains this way as I am prioritizing it over other platform.

Cons: I don't dislike too much on Guusto, but the fact that there could be more restaurant merchants listed for the categories is one thing that can be improved upon.

Overall: Guusto is solving a ton of problems. First of all, it is making sending online money so much easier. Second of all, it is turning my office into a more personal space, as we need to know each others interests to gift on Guusto.
