    Pros: Stella customer and technical support anytime day or night.
    Software fully customizable with ease.
    Management involvement goes the extra mile.
    Nothing is impossible. Crisis friendly.

    Cons: We have had no problems that were not resolved so therefore no cons so far.

    Overall: The care and support that we receive is consistent and comforting for a startup company. Never a problem that is not resolved within a 24-hr period because both Management and staff listen carefully and have never left us stranded. We have had positive results in a short space of time.
