Pros: Freshteam has many positive points to it, it comes with many good features that make the use of it so exceptional and unique and it works amazingly in everyday use. My favorite features that I have used are:
The process of hiring becomes so much simpler and Freshteam actually has a set of tools that help automate this said process so that hiring becomes faster but remains with a good quality and also sometimes improves the quality result of the new hires. Its intuitive system helps capture the best candidates and single them out for better analyzing of the leads, so that they end up applying. It also has so many instant ways for people to apply and we can activate the application process in different ways, such as in social media, emails, LinkedIn, and so many more, so that leads are always present and we can monitor these constantly.
When working with so many resumes, mistakes are bound to happen, especially if there are so many of them. We want to make sure that we are able to study these resumes in-depth and not miss any important information, the screening part is the most important one in the process of hiring, and Freshteam has great ways to get through the resumes and save us so much time by automating it and still getting a perfect screening of the resumes and knowing everything about the candidate.
With the previously two points said, it comes as a result that Freshteam has a repository of the best candidates that can enter our company, and it helps us have an active archive of the best capable people that can work for us, based on different metrics that we analyze according to their resume and interview process.

Cons: With the great tools and automation that has Freshteam, some downside aspects come to light because of so many tools, the main one is that at times the site becomes really slow if there is too much information to be loaded, it probably has something to do with their servers as we maintain a good bandwidth connection constantly and have not experienced this issue in other sites. The loading of the CVs also takes too much time than usual and it becomes kind of annoying to have to wait for them to load. Also, the mobile application is not as optimized as the desktop site and it is not very possible to handle all the tasks on the mobile app.

Overall: Freshteam has helped us become so much better when it comes to choosing the people we hire, our process has been significantly changed in the past couple of years that we have been implementing Freshteam and it only keeps getting exponentially better, it has showed us that there is no reason to spend so much time looking at every resume deeply and trying to choose which one fits the best when we can use this software for this kind of task and save us so much energy that we are able to spend in making better and wiser decisions, it is a tool that has helped us keep an active repository of all candidates and keep track of all the leads that want to work with us so that we can consider them in the future, it is a great tool that everyone should consider implementing because it truly changes the dynamic of hiring.

Pros: I like that Freshteam is easy to use, it provided good guides to help me during the process of getting used to all the features and the customer support was really helpful during this time, I like that it was very easy to set up automatic emails for everyone, and have a clear view of all the recruitment process for every candidate. I especially like that it allows me to set a plan during the recruitment process that helps me interview people better through interview scorecards, and build an archive of all the candidates and sort them by experience or the potential talent that I see, and schedule a meeting.
When a new employee joins the company, it is easy to have them get used to the company’s workflows and know how everything works thanks to Freshteam, because it allows us to create different contracts and finish the last minute details when signing an offer, it helps the employee set up in our business and get assigned different tasks immediately within their department. Additionally, it helps hold all employees’ information in one place and know all the contact information by creating profiles, and this helps manage all our employees more efficiently and cater to their needs as individuals, manage payments, vacation, time-off and more things that a employee might need, Freshteam helps maintain this online depository.

Cons: I would like to see more time tracking options for all employees to manage their own times and it getting uploaded into Freshteam’s database. There is a learning curve when it comes to automating all the triggers during the hiring process (for example, emailing candidates) but it has really good tutorials. Also, I do not really like Freshteam’s price ranges and I find that it is very costly in comparison to other competitors that offer even more features, however, it is a tool that keeps all our data protected and organized like no other so I really enjoy using it to keep track of all employees.

Overall: Freshteam is a good software that is being used in our company to organize all new and old employees into one big depository that helps us keep track of all their work and needs as employees, it is a HR tool that helps track holidays and time off policies and it helps the employees automate all these processes by requesting through the program and it being approved by a higher-up after tracking is done. It has a great calendar that has helped us keep us up to date with all the upcoming holidays so we know when we won’t be working. For hiring, Freshteam has helped us create an automated process where it will automatically put all the candidates in the database and create a system that provides the information that we will have to look through and choose the best one. It has helped ease our recruitment process and hire only competent candidates that fit our business’ mission and will provide a great service to each one of our clients.

Pros: With Freshteam in addition to hiring new staff the application also helps us to organize and select them for interviews, with the support of its recruitment group in conjunction with our contractors. The software is an excellent option to implement in the HR area of companies because of the ease it provides to attract the best candidates for job vacancies, greatly reducing the manual work required for the optimal selection of new employees remotely.

Cons: We are quite pleased with the use of Freshteam, we only note that we would have liked to have a forum, tutorial or support guide for the basic doubts that arise in the first uses of the application.
