    "Poor customer service"

    Pros: They have enough clients now.so they do not want new onboarding.

    Customer service is very poor.

    Cons: I do not like the way they are wasting everyone's time.

    Overall: I am trying to reach someone from the last 2 weeks to get on board and use the FleetDrive 360 platform for my 100 clients. I had scheduled the demo session online and no one joined.
    I called today and someone just transferred me back to the main menu and when I hit the same extension he transferred me on voicemail.
    If you guys are not taking new clients please mention it on your website, it will save both of our time.

    Cons: Need more ELD integration, I liked to migrate from KeepTruckin.

    Pros: User friendly interface and software. Very responsive and informative staff and agents. Great price point.

    Cons: No complaints. I was satisfied with my overall experience.

    Overall: I had tried other companies and was frustrated by lack of an application to use or I could never reach my agent. With FleetDrive 360, I felt like I had hit the lottery. I love the software. I love the staff. I seriously could not have picked a better company to use for all of my USDOT compliance needs.
