Cons: Limited number of vendors use it so might not be good for all regions.

Overall: The idea to get local vendors loyal customers and having customers get something out of the deal is really good and unique. I wish more stores start using such technologies.

Pros: You get rewards for going to the businesses that use this app. It’s nice to have rewards and discounts from visiting different businesses.

Cons: If you don’t use this app you don’t know what you’re missing out on.

Overall: It’s a great app to have once your signed up and registered with your phone number with 5 star every business that uses this app and you may go into links you right up with the phone number provided.

Pros: I like that I receive emails saying they miss me..it's easy to use. It's the best out of all reward programs...I also like that I don't have to carry a card

Cons: The kiosk/pads are hidden, so if you're not aware of the rewards program you normally wouldn't enter your phone number each time you make a purchase

Overall: I like this software as a customer. I am not the employer, but as a customer it's easy to use and it doesn't take up a lot of time

Pros: I like that it's easy to use.
Also you spend money, then make money.

Cons: I don't like I have to spend 400 dollars, just to make 10.

Overall: Overall this app and business is beautifully designed.

Pros: It's an easy app, that I've had since back in the days when they gave you a mini key card for your key chain.

Cons: Not all the retailers carry this app anymore. So it's harder to get credited for ones points, so I only shop at vendors that give some sort of reward system.

Overall: I still favor using the app and will be likely to shop at retailers that carry this point system (if not their own) versus other companies where I don't get rewarded for my business purchases.

Pros: Though there aren’t a lot of places in my area that use Fivestars, I visit the ones that do quite often. I’ve saved so much using this app, it’s so worth it!

Cons: Not a lot of places in my area that use it, and I also don’t get notifications from the app, even though I have them all turned on. I’m not sure what that’s about, but I would like to get notifications about suggested places near me that use it, and about deals that are going on at least at the places I use it at.

Overall: The deals I get are awesome. I just wish I knew when they were having them, and how many points I have at each place, so I can remember to use my rewards before they expire.

Pros: Easy Check in device to keep track of my visits & purchases

Pros: I enjoy the rewards program because it's very beneficial! I use 5star because a LOT of businesses are associated with this program. They send you alerts and everything! I'd definitely recommend this to EVERYONE!

That I find deals in unexpected places.
That going back to a favorite spot gets you more points and rewards.
