    Pros: Well this app makes me look a lot smarter than i really am lol. Everything is so well integrated. You literally can't mess up and the customer service is amazing.

    Cons: I wish it would sync better. Sometimes i have a panic attack because my staff wont see their pictures from the day before at times.

    Overall: It's been amazing! I am new to the business and this is so essential very grateful I love this app!

    Pros: Quick and easy for floor plans. Very easy access to previously prepped reports. Nice to work with for contents photo.

    Cons: No familiar enough to fully take advantage of all the features.

    Overall: Easy too use. Does exactly what i need to save time. Easy to navigate app on cellphone. Great customer support.

    Pros: I love that we are able to basically do a full inspection at the touch of a screen. Doing sketches have never been easier.

    Cons: Every now and then my pics or videos might get stuck and won't update for hours or days.

    Overall: In the end it is still a great product.
    I would definitely recommend this product. I believe this make our job easier.

    Pros: There are so many things to like about using the Encircle program. It is detailed, provides the best detailed report to submit to the insurance company and provides excellent photo documentation. There are so many features to complete all the necessary information required to satisfy our customers.

    Cons: The only con is if we could complete our own equipment tracking reports.

    Overall: Overall, Encircle is the go to program and is the best for our industry. Encircle also provides their own university so companies can provide top notch training to their employees. I have never had an issue with customer service
