"Refund request denied on automatic renewal" Posted 2025-08-27
Pros: Clean and user-friendly interface.
The credit system allows for small trial experiments.
Cool web page.Cons: A one-time credit purchase may automatically convert into a recurring subscription.
Subscription auto-renews without clear consent, and refunds are denied.
Credits are consumed very quickly, and the system sometimes resets usage.
Customer support is unhelpful regarding refund requests and does not provide clear resolutions.Overall: I purchased what I thought was a one-time 100-credit package. However, the system automatically converted this into a recurring monthly subscription without my explicit consent. I was unaware of this subscription and was charged again automatically for the next month.

Additionally, the credits in the account are consumed extremely quickly. For example, my 110 credits did not even last a day, despite paying for what I thought was a one-time purchase. The support team has refused to issue a refund and only mentioned that the credits remain in my account for use.
I have contacted support multiple times, requested a refund, and cancelled the subscription, but they refused to resolve the issue. -

Overall: Stop scamming people when there are tools that provide way more use for much lower cost. A local mongodb is not full stack
