    "Meh Product"

    Pros: This software is clunky and not user-friendly. It has been around for many years, which I guess is the only pro of the product.

    Cons: Navigation is not easy. Integrating external products requires an IT department and/or a third party consultant.

    Overall: I would not use this product again. It is a pain to upgrade, but I would recommend it to ensure the software is scalable and user-friendly.

    "Not Very User-Friendly"

    Pros: There is really very little to like about Microsoft Dynamics GP. It took some getting used to the screens and navigating the reports. Once you get them down, it's okay, but not the most user-friendly.

    Cons: As I mentioned above, the navigating is clunky, we have database issues often, requiring a reset of the web services app, and the reporting is difficult to extract.

    Overall: I would go with a newer, easier to use product rather than trying to learn Microsoft Dynamics GP. With all the other products available, don't waste your time learning it.
