Banker's Dashboard

Pros: Ease of use, simplicity of information, plug and play system. Strong support system and personnel.

Cons: No DDA files brought into system. Missing 1/3 of balance sheet. Budgeting does not incorporate cashflow or rate changes.

Overall: I like i what i see and hear from BD. The SNL addition will also bring benefits. The future of banking.

Pros: The system is extremely user friendly and provides so many calculations that we need for our reporting as well as managing our daily tasks.

Cons: I wish there was a way to go back to certain days of the month and review activity.

Overall: At my previous bank, Banker's Dashboard saved me when we purchased another bank! We were able to use Banker's Dashboard for all of our Board Reporting as well as Regulatory Reporting before our core systems were converted.

Pros: Banker's Dashboard is very user friendly. We use the prebuilt reports daily such as the income statement compare and balance sheet compare. Our favorite report is the margin comparison report. It has been very helpful to us during this rising rate environment and closing monitoring our cost of funds. We really like that the budget can be created within dashboard and then you are able to pull various reports with the budget information.

Cons: Dashboard does not have a modern clean feel. It looks somewhat outdated. The budget software did seem to have a few glitches when I used it last year. I would have to perform a rerun or sync to get all the reports to be in balance. Some other similar software's provide more granular data down to the customer level which dashboard does not have. We currently use Jack Henry Cognos to pull customer balance changes. It would be awesome if that was within the same system. If able to pull in customer data, it would be great to also have profitability by customer relationship.

Overall: Overall, we like the product. It is an expensive product that we would like to see continue to be enhanced with new features and capabilities.

Pros: This makes me life so much easier. I can monitor anything I want and run reports for whatever we need. It helps me to monitor our growth as a bank as well.

Cons: No cons. I've used Banker's Dashboard for 3 years now and see no cons at all. It just keeps getting better.

Overall: Banker's Dashboard is a fabulous product. This was a brand new bank and it has helped me achieve daily and monthly growth.

Pros: The product is strong and has excellent coverage of assessing financial performance of a bank. Banker's Dashboard continually works to provide information as requested by our Bank and are continually thinking of new ways to improve their product. last but not least the support is impeccable and personable.

Cons: The loan information was by customer # vs name due to privacy concerns.

Overall: The overall experience is excellent due to the pros as described. The cost vs benefit analysis on this product is simple that the product is well worth the price.

Pros: Dashboard is so easy to navigate and understand. Reports are easy to create and maintain within the software.

Cons: I haven't been able to utilize the in-software budget and forecasting models. I use a spreadsheet and then upload. I just need more training for this feature.

Overall: Dashboard has been our tool of choice for approximately seventeen years now. It has been easy to use and to adapt to our needs.
