Pros: Credentialingspectrum is very user friendly and easy to learn. We started using it with just 4 hours of training.
The product has help tutorials, live support and unlimited refresher training with a live representative.
It meets all our requirements in a busy Cardiology Practice.Cons: We haven't found any problems in the product so far in past 4 years. We have given suggestions and they implemented it within 6 months of each request. We would like an ability to build custom reports ourselves rather than requesting through support team. They do respond within 24 hours and build it.
Overall: Credentialingspectrum saves almost 10 to 15 hours a week for us. We are able to organize much better in management of payer contracts, Credentialing , CAQH attestation and other payer website attestations.

Pros: The user experience was excellent. The user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) were exceptionally user-friendly, making navigation a breeze.
Cons: Since I have not used it much as of now haven't come across any cons as such. But will surely update once I encounter any.

Pros: Credentialingspectrum is one of the most comprehensive workflow management and automation for managing credentialing and contracting activities for billing companies for their providers. We at Digital Medical Billing Inc have been using it for over 15+ years and I believe they have lots of billing companies' and small to large clinics as their client.
Cons: We suggested that company conducts bimonthly open session for feedback from us to improve our workflow. They are working on it to make it happen this summer.
Overall: It is one of the best product in the industry. For those who want to save several hours of human efforts, I recommend strongly.
