Pros: Cosential is tailor-made for construction companies, so it's been extremely useful for us. From responding to RFPs to keeping track of projects, employees, and more, Cosential does everything we need it to. Was easy to get it set up and running, training is not super hard, and support is excellent.
Cons: No cons to speak of thus far. We're thoroughly enjoying using Cosential.
Overall: Cosential is a great solution for a CRM system for construction companies, or companies in the building or architecture space. Really has supercharged our business.
