    "It's All About The Setup!!"

    Pros: If you set things up correctly it's a very, very powerful tool. I have years of finance/billing experience in different applications and I will say, for pro serv invoicing, CW beats the rest. As long as time is entered, agreements are setup correctly and defaulting as they should and tickets are closed, invoicing should be a breeze.

    Cons: It's a large program and the learning curve can be kind of steep.

    Overall: I am an independent CW PSA and CPQ Consultant and I have found, across multiple environments, it's all about the setup. Set it up right to start or set it up right now.. you will find it a great program. All software has their idiosyncrasies for sure but if you get it set right, it can streamline things across the board for all departments.

    Pros: An alright tool to manage your sales pipeline
    You can manage assets and also create invoices.
    Helps a lot with asset management.

    Cons: The software hasn't had a decent upgrade in several years.
    The user interface is outdated from 20 years in the past.
    The service can be improved a lot.

    Overall: Enables us to keep track of all the clients that we have. We can bill them and keep the management informed on what work we are doing for them.

    Pros: ConnectWise Manage is a good step into the ConnectWise ecosystem of products. They provide a low cost hosted solution that fills the needs of most MSPs. Ticketing, Billing, Procurement is all included.

    Cons: Support needs some work. The product has also stalled a bit on the development side.

    Overall: Overall, it's a decent solution with tons of potential if you put the time into it. The community is full of great people and there are a ton of 3rd party solutions that fill the product gaps.

    Pros: Really like this software as a means to take some work off the shoulders of the IT team, as well as streamline some of our workflow. Some great features include service ticket management and ticketing system. The software works well with other software platforms and is easily integrated. With some tweaking you can the automation is an awesome feature, and really helps to decrease the workload and free up employees to focus on other things.

    Cons: A lot of setup and tweaking to fit your business needs to get things started and working properly.

    Overall: Overall, this software has helped to automate and streamline our workflows. The ticketing services and automation is a great addition to any service providers IT solutions.     Pros: The use of ConnectWise Manage in my organization has been consistent of an optimal management of our data and the organized management of our systems and production processes, it is an incredible tool that has allowed us to centralize all the information of our business in the same environment. It has a very attractive interface, it integrates with third party tools without any complications and its customer service and support is first class.

    Cons: It is a robust tool and at first it may cost a little to understand its operation and take proper advantage of its many benefits, it has a learning curve that is worth overcoming.

    Overall: ConnectWise Manage has provided us with several benefits, among them is the abysmal improvement in our workflow and the great amount of time it saves us in managing multiple processes thanks to the very useful automations that this tool allows us to enjoy. It provides everything we need to lighten workflows, streamline processes and manage information within the same environment. It is a very robust tool that can streamline many processes within any organization, it must be taken into account that it has a certain learning curve that can become steep but it is worth it for how much it offers and how much it helps.

    2. Cloud-based, does not require an on-premise server.

    Cons: 1. Very, very expensive.
    2. Complex interface; each add-on module is different.
    3. Sales Team is very difficult to work with.
    4. Long-term contracts.

    Overall: ConnectWise has many programs/add-ons available. However, it appears these add-ons were from completely different companies that may have been purchased and brought in. Each program's interface is different. Before making a commitment to ConnectWise, I would recommend looking at all the other managed services options available.

    "Gets the job done, with some drawbacks"

    Pros: Once it's "properly configured", Manage does a great job as a ticketing system. It can be quite powerful and there seems to be lots of integrations available.

    Cons: Getting it "properly configured" can be a VERY time consuming and difficult process. Some companies end up having to hire a consultant to get the basics configured because it's so overwhelming. It's very expensive as well, and the support isn't great. Community support can sometimes be better than official support. Mobile app leaves a lot to be desired.

    Overall: Once it's all setup and working it's a great tool to handle your help desk ticketing, but be prepared to spend the time and money to get it configured well enough.

    Pros: There's so much this application does. I was finding new things every day I used it. Strong emphasis on being able to obtain information or run commands remotely without bothering the user of the workstation.

    Cons: In our organization we had a full time technician dedicated only to configuring this software for our use.

    Overall: This stuff is powerful, but requires a lot of manpower to get it all figured out. I thought I had it mastered and then I found out that I had only scratched the surface of a portion of it. It's like the Swiss army knife of managed services.

    Pros: With using ConnectWise Manage I have been able to stay on top of contracts for billing and time coverage automatically. It has never been so easy!

    Cons: I have yet to run into a con. Anytime I have had any issue, I have been able to chat with customer service and they resolve my issue immediately. The demo made my life so much easier to navigate the new software.

    Overall: I have been able to take back control of all areas of my business because it is now all at my fingertips with ConnectWise Manage.

    Pros: ConnectWise Manage is a trusted multi-functional tool. We tried its help-desk and sales and marketing manager, from day one we are pretty impressed by its ability and simplified interface. It's highly scalable and can be used in many business processes.

    Cons: Lead treating and personalization were not so effective.

    Overall: This product gives one software for many solutions that we usually use different platforms for that. It has a very simplified interface. No learning curve is there. Overall, it's a highly scalable tool.

    Pros: Nothing comes close to the versatility of this software. Bringing ConnectWise Manage into the organization wasn't difficult. It helped to optimize our business operations. On a broader scale, it provides a powerful help desk, project manager, sales, and marketing support.

    Cons: The help desk doesn't come with the major required automation as we get from other tools.

    Overall: My overall experience has been excellent with it. l also appreciate how ConnectWise Manage made business management easy and optimized. It's simple to get started with this. I highly recommend it.

    Pros: ConnectWise Manage is a very good automation tool and helps a lot in management of business operations with lot of features.

    Cons: The deployment is not a straight one and need some technical knowledge for integrations, but it is good to go once setup is done.
