    "Very good at what it does"

    Pros: Integration takes a lot of manual work away from the stores. No worries about uploading images or changing hours, I just modify it in the POS and all my online sites update.

    Cons: I wish they could just run an online ordering site for me. Grubhub and DoorDash are great but I am tired of hiring yet another vendor for my own website.

    Overall: It's a great experience, when it works, it just works and you forget it is there. When you have an issue which I only had a few getting things setup, their support is knowledgeable and helpful.

    Pros: We have Chowly integrated with 5 of our restaurants, and the setup with third party platforms has always been easy, and most importantly, the service works. The team is always helpful and responsive when any matters arise.

    Cons: My only feedback / wish was that Chowly had a billing portal to monitor invoices and submit payments - however my last discussion I was told that their team is currently working on this!

    Overall: Overall the experiences with Chowly have been great, and their team is always very helpful when / if issues arise.

    Pros: Reduces human error when orders flow through POS direct through Chowly.
    Reduces need for staff to monitor tablets to key in orders.
    Works seamlessly in the background to improve overall execution of business operations.
    Aaron is an incredible account manager.

    Cons: Menu changes created hiccups in menu templates UNLESS Aaron had his hands in our account.

    Overall: Overall, highly recommend Chowly. It removes barriers in day to day operations to allow staff to complete their job functions.

    "Good Software for Virtual Kitchens"

    Pros: Set up was simple for the printer integration and easy to manage through tools. Spinning up new VR's at our location was quick utilizing Chowly as they had connections with the third parties and helped me onboard additional partners.

    Cons: Tools like menu editor had poor UI like they were build for internal use only. No full dashboard which would be helpful using the printer integration.

    Overall: Overall a good solution for restaurants who are tech savvy and run lean or are high volume who are taking orders from multiple channels. Support has gotten better and better and pricing is simple.

    "The worst system possible"

    Pros: I didn't see a single pro while using this application. they were just the worst. Help yourself and stay away.

    Cons: Wish 0 star existed for this business. They mess up your online menus and platforms which is already a hard thing to keep up as a food business owner. THEN they never actually allow you to cancel. Before the cancelation request, they always answer your calls etc but when it's after the cancelation request no one but literally no one answers you. Like WTF? I don't even know how such a company is still in business. This shouldn't be allowed at all.

    Overall: I can't even start with them. Please if you like your business, don't do Chowly to yourself. It is just not worth it.

    Pros: Advertise well. I don't really have any pros.

    Cons: Not sure where to begin. No accountability. no resolution.

    Overall: Terrible for any new business or established. Their answer to ALL problems is "mapping" errors. I will advise anyone who is looking into their services to FIND A MAP to an alternative resource for your business!

    Pros: -Is the only software that integrate DoorDash & 3rd Party Delivery Apps with UpServe/BreadCrumb POS
    -Good Functionality

    Cons: -Worst Support Ever!
    -Worst Service
    -Terrible Management
    -Incredibly Slow

    Overall: This company is an embarrassment to all 3rd party integration companies. I am seriously regretting signing up with UpServe POS because there are no other 3rd party integration companies that work with it, other than Chowly. It has taken almost 6 months to integrate DoorDash with our POS system. I am in disbelief that these guys are still in business, let alone operating. I have never written a bad review for anyone or anything in my life, but Chowly has officially pushed me over the edge. Congrats guys!
