    "Revolutionary"

    Posted 2021-04-14

Pros: CASEpeer revolutionized my solo practice. I went from struggling to manage 12 cases to easily managing over 120. Without it, I cannot work at the capacity I do. For two-years I have been voted as Berkeley County's Best Attorney. My secret to achieving this high-level of work is simple: CASEpeer.

Cons: I am on the road and out of the office often. I wish there was a mobile app for quick and easy lookup.

Overall: It is hands down the best decision I made for my law practice. I am making a seven-figure income due to the high amount of cases I have. And I have the high-amount of cases because CASEpeer makes it easy to manage.

    "Without Peer"

    Posted 2021-04-14

Pros: I am a long-time practicing trial lawyer. I am very experienced with and used both Lexis and Westlaw for my legal research. Then I learned of casePeer. I do not exaggerate when I say that comparing how I researched before and now reminds me of the increased power I felt going from books spread across the table to the benefit of computed research. Using casePeer AI research makes my research exponentially more potent than my colleagues' without casePeer using the tools of the "dark ages."
A bonus, casePeer is one of the most accessible, friendly, and supportive companies you will find. A delight all around!

Cons: I must say, to date, I have not had a bad experience.

Overall: casePeer has put the excitement back into legal research. Even having used casePeer for over a year I am still amazed at the on-point support I find using casePeer.

    "CasePEER Rocks!!!"

    Posted 2021-04-14

Pros: CasePEER is a one-stop shop for all things Personal Injury. Statute of Limitations never get missed. The client photos are a great resource plus we love the texting functionality too. Tracking case COSTS is so easy, we even track funding sources there.

Cons: Navigating and using the functionality of some of the sections is not as easy as we thought it would be - but we are learning and once you know, YOU KNOW.

Overall: Overall, CasePEER has been a great addition to our team. It provides us the ability to be detailed and keep everything in one location. We LOVE IT.

"Multiple Features that support Personal Injury"

    Posted 2021-04-14

Pros: I love that you can send any email to your CASEPeer notes. You can text a client via the website. For Personal Injury, the Medical Treatment tab is a great tool showing you the total meds to date and also itemized by provider. The Insurance sections allow for you to put multiple adjusters with their assigned roles and add counsel for defendants. There is also a custom tab so you can add any items missing for your personal intake/records. The settlement tab is super useful for keeping track of demands and offers and seeing how payment providers and running costs can change the net settlement for the client. It's also really nice that there are SEPERATE TABS for health insurance liens, attorney liens, AND miscellaneous liens. Updating the lien tabs will reflect upon the settlement tab. If you keep CASEpeer up to date as soon as you get new data, the program will be MORE efficient for you down the road, especially when it comes time to demand writing, litigation, and settlement. There are many other similar features within CASEpeer that are also helpful, but these are my favorite!

Cons: I wish there was an easier way to pull up contacts, and I wish there was a way to track all communications with that contact. instead, you'll have to go to any case for that contact and search through notes by keyword.
If you have any updates on tasks, you have the update the task description, rather than being able to make multiple notes within a task.

Overall: Overall, CASEpeer has made my firm's work easier. We have used other platforms and products before, but CASEpeer is the strongest. Transitioning to CASEpeer was very easy as their user interface is very intuitive. CASEpeer'S support team is also easy to get ahold of with any questions. CASEpeer often has webinars to help their customers with features. It's awesome that they engage with their consumers to optimize their product, Casepeer takes user suggestions to heart and have been developing and releasing additional options based off of user suggestions as time goes on. It's a great product that keeps getting better.

    "Newbie to CASEpeer"

    Posted 2021-04-14

Pros: The ease of use and the ability to get up fairly quickly has been great for us as a small firm. The ability to incorporate texts and emails in the notes is also a real plus.

Cons: I would like for the ability to print many of the lists in Word. I would also like the opportunity to customize many of the drop down menus like expert specialty. I am also not crazy about "linked" cases. I would prefer to have everyone captured in one section.

Overall: Overall I am very satisfied with my experience. Having migrated from another software, ease of use has been paramount. Support has been excellent.

"Finally a Great Cloud Based, Case Management System, WITH SUPPORT."

    Posted 2021-04-14

Pros: Easy to use, which helps to get our users to use the system.
Reports with Filters can be export to Excel.
The Best Support of any system we are using, THE BEST.

Cons: No Report Writer, Frustrating at Times.
The teams need to be a most robust sub-system.

Overall: Very complete CMS, with great support and interfaces with other produce. Support is the best, quick to respond, and helps solve questions and problems.

"Plaintiff PI Friendly Case Management Software"

    Posted 2021-04-14

Pros: One of the best things about CasePeer is that they take your feedback and actually look into implementing the ideas into the software. Having a cloud based/internet case management software is very helpful! No need for a physical server and with everything app based these days, they offer that.

Cons: Sometimes there are extra steps to do simple things but overall not many complaints.

Overall: We've had a great experience. Attorneys aren't always open to change but it is helpful. Time tracking, making notes, assigning tasks, having SOL reminders, etc. CasePeer makes the use of case management software easier. It truly is for plaintiff personal injury cases.

    "Satisfied? Yes"

    Posted 2021-04-14

Pros: The ease of the software makes it really simple to enter, locate documents, dates, expenses, it's all in there. The program is really user friendly and is relatively stress free when showing the client's their case.

Cons: Wish there could be a better format for templates.

Overall: Really satisfied with the product! I would recommend to law firms, especially those with personal injury.
