    Pros: You can express your opinion, positive and negative, about current and past companies you have worked at. I like how that creates a platform for people to tell the truth about what is going on at their company.

    Cons: The platform is more negative in their comments and conversations, so you do have to be aware of that if you want to have an account.

    Overall: Overall, it is a honest way to get to know a company and what is going on inside. The conversations on the platform also help you learn more about compensation in different roles.
