    "Excellent Product and Company Support"

Pros: User interface is very easy to use even without training. Speaking of the sales module, it is very powerful in tracking all opportunities, including keeping track of your customer database. Allows sales managers to see their sales teams sales funnel, track bid dates, and closing dates, along with wins and losses (helps you keep track of your own market).

On the estimate side of the bid tracer module, Bidtracer does an amazing job keeping your companies parts list up to date with pricing. BidTracer also can form the estimate module to meet your companies needs pretty easily. One of the biggest factors is the support you get from Bidtracer, they quickly respond and quickly resolve.

Cons: Setting up your own reports can be a little tricky without proper training, however it's still not that hard.

Overall: I highly recommend Bidtracer to any business looking to get their team all on the same page for tracking Sales and estimating their projects. This product will keep your sales team on track with their opportunities while giving their sales manager easy access into each of their sales rep's opportunities. The goal here is to close more jobs, you can only do that if you're organized, which Bidtracer will do.

    "Controls Contractor Review"

    Posted 2024-01-04

Pros: I like the scalability of the tool and features. The biggest perk is the support and responsiveness. Most of the questions I have a response/answer within 24 to 36 hours. We are underutilizing this tool as a company and the BidTracer Team has been excellent on helping us get back on-track.

Cons: Navigating the expansiveness of the tool is somewhat difficult. I assume this will be easier with time. It's not easy to customize beyond standard application. I was able to add my customization but I needed help from the programming team.

Overall: I like the tool for the flexibility and support. It has great potential to be a useful tool my company can use to consolidate data. This will help us be more efficient with our time and better support our customers while still being profitable. Most of my negative feelings toward the tool is only related to predecessors that have miss used the tool and created a data mess that is taking some time to clean-up and fix. If you are a new customer, I can't stress enough, work with the BidTracer team! Create an effective solution for your company, it will save time and headaches in the future.
