Pros: We were looking to use a community software to give our customers a voice with a community built around of consumer electronics brand. We evaluated different community platforms but Tribe was the most comprehensive community platform. Personally, I like how customisable it is -- you can just mould it to adapt your brand guidelines and showcase the exact social elements on the community site.
We could easily integrate it into our website and mobile app thanks to its powerful API and SDK.Cons: The direct communication between users was not available. They claimed it’s already on the company’s roadmap. Can’t wait to have it activated for our community.
Overall: We looked into all other popular community solutions such as Vanilla forum, Lithium and Discourse. Tribe was unquestionably better in design, usability, and extendability. We really liked the apps that helped us extend the capabilities of our community platform. Integrations with Hubspot and Mixpanel saved us a lot of time from switching platforms, exporting and importing data.

Pros: The support team and customer success managers are the true experts at answering questions and will help you implement all kinds of useful great ideas.
Here are the key pointers:
- Straightforward setup and configuration
- Relatively easy integration using the API
- Simple functionality and easy to navigate through the admin panel
- Cost effective compared to other products based on the available features
- Dedicated and super responsive account managersCons: Some features were not working as expected at the beginning. However, the strong support team fixed the bugs in a very short time.
Overall: We are happy with this product since it has helped us build a strong community of our users in a short time. This has led to substantial savings in terms of reduced support cost and revenue growth via new customer acquisition.

"The most comprehensive community platform at an extremely efficient pricing" Posted 2019-06-06
Pros: When we decided to migrate from an existing community solution, initially it seemed very challenging. However, Tribe team really made it fast and easy by having the right migration processes and tools. Their community success team was always available to handle issues and requests. What I liked very much about Tribe is the simplicity of their core platform that can be extended with different apps based on my community need. We got all these great solutions at a fraction of cost we used to spend on the previous platform.
Cons: Tribe did not provide us with any mobile app but to be fair the messenger integration was a great replacement. Their idea that people do not want to just install another mobile app sounded reasonable.
Overall: Easy to use, modern design, fair pricing, and lots of useful integrations.
