Pros: Amazing value for the price. There are some great features including SNMP monitoring (extra cost) and the AI features can be a real time-saver.
The AI script generator is really helpful for you to describe what you need to be done and to have it spit something out that is almost exactly what you need. It's never perfect as with any AI system, but it can generate really great samples to get you on the right track.
I love that you have the option to use Splashtop or Anydesk (or both). It's nice to know that you have a fallback remote access tool in case one of them goes down.
The script and SNMP libraries are really helpful. You are able to search for scripts that are submitted by other Atera users to use in your environment (Make sure to vet the scripts yourself). You can also submit scripts yourself to help others out.
Support is amazing. The techs are available in seconds via chat and always seem to have the answers you need on hand. The developers are listening, and adding feature requests all of the time.
The community forums are very helpful and everyone is willing to help you succeed.Cons: There are some missing features that really need to be added sooner than later to be able to compete with the bigger players in the space.
The inability to attach a single user to multiple devices is a daily headache for me. You are able to attach multiple users to a single device, like an RDS server for example.
The monitoring profiles are a bit finicky to get dialed in and applied to the right machines. Once you figure out how to use them and create a few, they are pretty powerful.
The time-tracking interface is clunky compared the larger products like CWM.Overall: I feel that this tool allows me to effectively manage my machines and gives me the power to act as a team on my own. The AI features are more than a gimmick but it certainly doesn't do my job for me. The shared libraries of scripts and SNMP templates save a huge amount of time, assuming that what you need is in there and accurate.

Pros: Atera has a sleek and user-friendly design, a reasonable and fair pricing, and a responsive and helpful tech support.
Cons: Some of the issues I have encountered with Atera are: the computers do not always restart after patch management, there is no easy way to rename the devices in the system, some of the features I want are only available in the higher subscription plans, and duplicate tickets are created when I reply from the ticketing email instead of the helpdesk.
Overall: I have been using Atera for a few months now and I am very impressed with it. Atera is a great IT management platform that has everything I need to run my business smoothly. It has RMM, PSA, helpdesk, billing, reporting, and AI solutions all in one place. It is very easy to set up and use, and it integrates well with other apps that I use. Pros: It is a one of its kind IT management tool which helps in tracking our IT hardware and software patches efficiently. Its dashboard provide enough information for the system admin for the troubleshooting. Nice interface and quick usability its best KPI.
Cons: Sync sometimes take time, however the large database management is real time. The patches and infrastructure can help but overall system admin procedure can be enhanced.
Overall: Overall Atera does its function with great efficiency. Network administrator and dashboard provide all the data and related algorithms which required to complete the system.

Pros: Nicely integrated as a whole. From this point of view better than Ninja One. Clean interface, most things are easy to find. Nice knowledge base.
Overall is a win.Cons: UI could use a compact table display of the customer list.
Working hours on each ticket is never displayed, or I can't find it.
Filtering tickets is a difficult process, could have been done on the table header like the 365 does it.Overall: Overall Atera is the way to go. Tried NinjaOne, alternate solutions, best one yes since it is so flexible on pricing and features.

Pros: Price, reliability, lots of features included such as script management, reports, software installation through msi packages.
Cons: Web interface sometimes is slow. No other significant cons by my side.
Overall: So far so good, been using this RMM for 3 months and it really helped me manage all our company devices, plus server and snmp devices such as switches. I would really recommend this because it's price is very competitive for the features it offers!

Pros: UI is very simple and straight forward.
Notifications are fast and on point.
Software distribution via Chocolatey is very good.
Great support.Cons: Network Discovery feature is a paid add-on and requires a lot of preparation on customers network.
No integration with enterprise solutions such HPs ILO, therefore SMART Status simply wont be read from raids.
Small bugs here and there, but those aren't groundbreaking.Overall: Great choice for MSPs with lots of small customers. You get a msi agent per customer, which you can deploy however. Works great with PDQdeploy. The roadmap is promising, the platform is clearly evolving.

Pros: I love the pricing model, being per tech allows us to predict exactly what our charge will be. They are rapidly developing new features based on feedback from the users. These new features have made the product awesome! The few times I have needed their support department they have been excellent to work with and have done everything fast and professionally to solve the issue.
Cons: So far I have not ran into any major cons, I would love to see the ticketing platform expanded more but it is usable in its current state.
Overall: We switched from Kaseya and saved over 30,000 dollars in the first year! It is also so much more streamlined for what we need.

Pros: Easy of use to install devices, setup customers, manage tickets.
Per technician cost is much better than per agent costs. Fixed monthly cost.
Integration with Webroot and backup solutions is great.
Integration with Chocolatey makes deploying software simple.
Setting up contracts is a breeze.
Ability to access computers within the mobile app.Cons: Integration with accounting packages.
Mobile app is progressively improving with more features.Overall: I would recommend Atera to other MSP's. It has better features than other more expensive solutions. It is easy to use and intuitive.

Pros: Responsive support, ease of use, several bells and whistles included, good for small to large companies. New features added regularly and requested changes taken seriously.
Cons: For the phone and iPad app to be a bit more robust. It is getting better so its hard to actually have a complaint. I would suspect new users might expect more from the app. One thing with the app: able to switch from Splashtop to another app without loosing the session.
Overall: Overall a great product at a competitive price. This has allowed my startup to compete in the market with an advantage.

Pros: Very intuitive, easy to navigate, easy to manipulate, low learning curve, constant betterments, constant updates, development listens to community, great company, powerful tools, fantastic pricing model with unlimited agents, easy for small MSPs to get started but powerful enough for bigger firms
Cons: None to really speak of. Any "cons" are short-lived as they are so quickly resolved!
Overall: While there may be some very minor things that would cause one to list this as "not perfect", it's hard to find true perfection anywhere. Atera does precisely what we need it to do and it does it well! If there's anything that doesn't quite entirely meet our need, it's very often resolved in the next release! Atera was and is THE ANSWER to what was slowing us down as an MSP. It's hard to imagine you get all this at such an affordable price! Thanks Atera!
