    "Wow! Did not know how powerful this can be!"

    Pros: SUPER UI AND UX and pleasant on the yes. Love the information and word cloud. Prices are not bad but worth it.

    Cons: FB and Instagram are gone which was the core of the product. It will be back I hope, if not, hard to stay with the app.

    Overall: Great social listening tool for any social media needs and best - USER INTERFACE. LOVE IT SO MUCH AND EASE OF USE!

    "Good idea but not reliable"

    Pros: Kind of a cool concept to find out what people are saying online about your brand so you can follow.

    Cons: It didn't seem to get everything that it was supposed to.

    Overall: Overall it was ok. I wouldn't say it was worth the money though because it is not super reliable yet.

    Pros: A great tool to keep a check on social media mentions.
    Easy to use the tool, and the support team is best!

    Cons: No cons specifically till now. However, the user interface can always be better.
