Overall: With Airdroid Business, we're able to remotely located devices and troubleshoot them in a more cost effective and timely manner. We're also able to create our own app library to upload our internal apps.

Pros: I like the fact that it's compatible with almost all our Android devices and we're able to remotely connect to devices to troubleshoot them easily.

Cons: There can be some lagging during the remote sessions but it's rare.

Overall: AirDroid business makes managing Android devices more efficiently and has helped us reduce support costs over time.

Pros: Nice remote control that offers the option to hide our operations when we are remotely troubleshooting client's devices so they don't see us typing in passwords or any sensitive information.

Cons: Some features are still in beta, would like to see and try them out when fully developed.

Overall: Both product and service are great. The tech support agent who helped us troubleshoot was really accommodating and responded fairly quickly.

Cons: I'm overall very happy with the product, however, sometimes our devices can be disconnected from the management if it hasn't been used for a while. it'd be great if this can be optimized in the future.

Overall: Not only for remote managing and monitoring devices, but it also allows us to remotely access and control our managed devices whenever needed. We often use this feature to help troubleshoot our driver's devices when their work app crashes or when we need to teach our driver's how to use our app system.

Pros: Simple deployment. A great remote tool for managing and fixing issues remotely with android devices.

Cons: Some devices need to be unrooted and can be a bit confusing.

Overall: It's really nice to be able to connect 100+ devices and can manage them all remotely from a single platform is amazing.

Pros: It offers remote device screen view and remote control capabilities which allow us to see what's being displayed on our mobile kiosks and digital signage screens in real-time and be able to remotely connect to the device whenever needed to reduce device downtime and improve our user's experience.

Cons: Sometimes glitches happens after they release a new feature, but they are usually good at resolving them quickly though.

Overall: Comes with a ton of features and overall very easy to use. It allows us to ramp up our operations a lot faster and smoother and their customer service is also quite exceptional.

Pros: It helps us saved a lot of transporting and on-site maintenance time. It's a solution that can satisfy both mobile device management and remote device control needs, and the setup is easy. We were able to check the performance of our app installed on devices remotely and to update them all to the newest version easily.

Cons: There are more restrictions on certain Android devices that you may need to take extra steps to root your device to allow more accessibility to device subsystems.

Overall: AirDroid Business has allow us to boost both our ROI and business productivity in a very effective way. We were able to save more than 10x on our costs after 3 months on using AirDroid business and its making remote troubleshooting a lot easier for us.
