    "Do Not Recommend - Not reliable remote access software"

    Pros: This software has no redeeming qualities - unless you like something that doesn't have an installation.

    Cons: The interface is archaic. I felt like I was back in the late 90's.
    File transfer is literally a screen with an old DOS style graphic display to traverse the files.
    The service is easy to enable but it doesn't reliably allow connections. I've had to physically restart the remote computers so that we could allow connections again.
    Support is horrible. Cancelling is also not easy as there is no login for your account.

    Overall: Horrible, dismal, waste of money. Be sure to try to return it in the 10 day grace period. If it was possible to give a worse review, I would.

    Pros: - Very easy installation
    - Unlimited use, not restricted to Personal use only, like the competitors
    - Pricing - very affordable
    - Secure Connection - AES + RSA Encryption
    - Tech support even with Free license
    - Branding
    - Unattended Access even with Free license

    Cons: - Limited features for Linux and Mac
    - no app for mobile devices

    Overall: Highly recommend for tech support, remote work and remote assistance. It is available for business and personal use right away.

    "Lightweight and Easy to use Remote Desktop Software"

    Pros: AeroAdmin offers a very easy to use Remote Desktop software and this would let even non-tech-savvy users be able to connect or get support from other people as it does not have any complex installation.

    Cons: As of now AeroAdmin does not have any native MAC/Linux file and you would need to have WINE installed in order to run it. Also the sounds is at beta phase.

    Overall: Overall, the price for license of AeroAdmin is so cheap and AeroAdmin is really easy to use as anyone could use it as easy as 1-2-3.
