I also appreciate the cloud-based functionality. Managing operations remotely has become second nature, and I no longer have to be physically present to pull reports or make quick menu updates. This flexibility is invaluable for anyone managing multiple locations.
Customer engagement is another area where Adora excels. The loyalty program is easy to set up and customize, and it’s helped us retain regulars while incentivizing new customers.
