Pros: I love the social part of the app; it is like Facebook for CSL...LOL, another source to get communication out to our associates.

Cons: I wish there was not a limit on the how many characters in the title of the post.

Overall: Love to see the appreciation messages that the associates send to each other, The prizes are amazing also! Maybe they can lower some of the points for each item. I think the amount of points one needs for an item is too much

Pros: I love that this is a personalized system, so shout outs are meaningful. I love that everyone can see the shout outs, I feel like this really motivates people.

Cons: The system is slow. I have tried on android and iphone and both seem to have some lag.

Overall: This has been a great experience for our community and company. A big differentiator. In today's times you have to show appreciation and our staff love it!

Pros: Like how we can make someone else's day I enjoy the emoji and it boosts staff moral and how staff like getting the points

Cons: Not enough points, sometimes wifi is an issue in community. Wish it was equals points for all department heads.

Overall: Really enjoy using the app I love how the moral has increased and to hear the staff talk about there points and what they can get with there points

Pros: I like that management is able to recognize associates and that associates are able to recognize each other.

Cons: App can be slow at times and not load all information. Losing points that are not used at the end of the month. It is another app, and staff do not want to download it.

Overall: I find it a positive tool, but many associates will not download the app or check it frequently. The website on the mobile platform is rather clunky.

Cons: Not all associates take advantage. I would love to see all associates using the app.

Overall: Excellent experience! A must have tool for the workplace. Easy to use interface. Variety of rewards.

Pros: Abundantly is great , it allows you to give great feedback in praises to co-workers. Abundantly allows us to appreciate one another it really helps with the jobs morals.

Cons: I would like to see hourly employees to receive at least 50 point to share with coworkers. They are allow to give praises but no points.

Overall: I just believe this is a great tool all companies should use it. The point system is a plus with the gifts. Employees really enjoy this app. I receive nothing but positive feedback.

Pros: Using the abundantly app is a great way to keep your staff up-to-date and engaged in what is happening at your company.

Cons: Gifting points can be an issue. Some managers have had issues with points not being downloaded to them or with gifting them.

Overall: I love the app, and it works well most of the time. We've just had some issues with a couple of managers awarding points.

Pros: I love ability to provide instant feedback to our team members.
They have fun with it as well, and I especially love seen them praise each other!

Cons: Nothing that I can really think of. Everything works well and as designed.

Overall: Very user friendly once you get the hang of it! Provides a great resource for acknowledging our team members in real time. But can also be used "later" for when you have a spare moment.

Pros: It was enjoyable working with them - excellent service and a solid support team. They took time to understand our business and make suggestions to increase usage.

Cons: In the beginning, some of the technology hiccups were frustrating.

Overall: It's a beautiful partnership! They have worked tirelessly to learn about our industry, our business in particular, and our key players.
