    "No longer reliable? ? ?"

    Pros: Despite the browser interface being the only access to ufile.io, uncomplicated access, statistics even for free accounts, possibility to get more storage space via new customer advertising.

    Cons: No software that enables uploads and downloads from the operating system, as is often offered by other providers.

    Overall: Despite occasional downtimes, ufile.io was my favorite file hoster for many years. Since the last extended outage two months ago, the site is back online, it accepts new registrations, you can even download my files and those shared by other users from there, but since the site has been back online, they won't let me or other users access our accounts (i.e. log in and manage), and this has been going on for weeks, they don't respond to customer service requests (anymore?). I am extremely annoyed!
    In the case that they will allow me to access my account again, I'm willing to offer 5 stars, but currently is even 1 too much! For the recommendation, if they will return to function as before, then they would get full 10 points, but currently only 1.

    "Works well for what I need"

    Pros: The price point is excellent and it is very easy to use. Download and Upload speeds are great. Drag and drop to upload files works well. The quick link function for a short link to send to someone to download a file is convenient.

    Cons: There is no smart phone app for this as of yet. A smart phone app would make this even more convenient for me.

    Overall: I have been using this cloud storage host for several years with minimal issues that are few and far between. The price is excellent for the storage capacity. The web interface works well with its drag and drop capability.
