L_Pa is a project / collection of tools aimed at better integration and *performance* of Linux + Wine + jackd + Proaudio applications... L_pa accomplishes this by setting up a proper mix of kernel/software with low-latency/proaudio users _specifically in mind. So far the main components are; Custom version of the (rt-)linux kernel with a delta of patches, for linux proaudio usage. Custom version of Wine with a delta of patches to ensure Wine is ready for proaudio on the linux platform. It's also has various other improvements and bug fixes. MP3Studio is a toolwindow plugin for Visual Studio.net 2003 and 2005. MP3Studio can manage and play MP3 files from a dockable window inside your development environment.

In applications such as audio denoising, music transcription, music remixing, and audio-based forensics, it is desirable to decompose a single-channel recording into its respective sources. To perform such tasks, we present a new software tool to perform source separation by painting on time-frequency visualizations of sound. Initial results shows the software can achieve state-of-the-art separation results compared to prior work.

EnDiskEx is a command-line tool that bulk extracts instruments, sequences, songs, and banks from Ensoniq-formatted disk images (RAW, GKH, EDE, and EDA) for the EPS/ASR family of samplers. The extracted files are saved as EFE / SMF / TXT files. EnDiskEx is designed to extract Ensoniq banks for re-creation within a different DAW. It will track down the instrument and song files from bank references even if they were saved on another disk. There also exists a disk mapping feature to correct for any errors in this process caused by having relabeled disks, forgotten to label disks, etc. EnDiskEx has been tested and validated against a variety of RAW, GKH, EDE, and EDA images files the dev team has, including but not limited to, the ASR factory disks, the EPS 16+ factory disks, and the EPS (classic) factory disks.
